How should I cosplay Megumin if I'm a man with haired legs and armpits and I have a beard? My dad is a farmer and he don't understand me, if I'd shave my beard he'll decide I'm a gay :(

Just make a genderbent megumin cosplay with a red long sleeved shirt with golden edges, the cape and the hat, and get shorts or something that fits the color scheme

Respect your father, either do a manly version of the cosplay or go as 'Solid Snek' or something that fits you better.
I'd say genderbend it because you sound like you're in a place where if you do the original costume you'll get lynched in the town square.
But if you want to shave your beard make up some BS excuse like there was an infection from ingrown hairs, then afterwards sneak in comments about how much better it feels without it. Ease your way into this.
