Your hair accessory is fine, though adding some white to the coord would balance it. The main thing you need is a wig. That hair color and lack of volume is doing you no good. Going for a dark color is fine, and it doesn't have to be an OTT wig. Something simple or more casual (since your outfit is toned down) along the lines of a Lockshop Sweetheart or one of the medium length wigs from GLW would be much better. Also, not sure if you had a purse that matches the outfit or not, but not seeing a purse makes it feel like it's missing something.
