As much as it's a passable and impressive cosplay I wouldn't call it GOOD compared to the source art. I don't anything about Persona but the way she didn't even attempt to replicate the way the cloth is attached and hangs from the sphere. The least she could do was sloppily sew some buttons on top. Then the ruffles at the top of her sleeves look miserable. And her wig doesn't match the design at all... You see how many nitpicks I can find here?
E for effort, but a passing grade isn't the same as good.

Anon you quoted there, I just posted this because while the wig is shit and the fabric part is also not true to source, the rest of it is indicative of some serious prop making skills. I just wanted to refute the "literally impossible to display correctly" part which is why I assume it was posted. Some fine tuning and it's pretty much there.

The longer you look at the cosplay you posted the better you see how bad the cosplay actually is.
Top isn't fitting at all and it's all wrong anyway. Mask is completely different. That lazy draping. The ball ending too early even for the art reference. That fabric color.
It's like the cosplayer looked at the reference once and never again.
So I keep Lucia and Juno still in "literally impossible to get a good cosplay of" list.

I hear girls say this about Ouran Highschool cosplayers a lot as well. The cosplay world is ruled by fujos, so no helping it. I live on the east coast and its tumblr lesbian centeral. They're not even diverse, they all have that shaved/dyed haircut and hipster glasses so they're easy to avoid.

Honestly, this is really mediocre craftsmanship. The arm is pretty decent, but her unfinished hems and wrinkled skirt is distracting me.

the nitpicking for the Juno cosplay is valid. There are a lot of details missing and once you start really looking you can see bad craftmanship.
