Who do you actually aspire to be like? Whose coords do you just die over?
I'll start: Sakurafairy. Holy shit I love how mature she makes the fashion look
I know she's not a Lolita anymore, but Classic Lolita Fanny Rosie will always be best casual Classic Lolita for me. I love how she wore the fashion daily, how she incorporated Lolita pieces and aesthetics in her daily life, the casual outfits... Basically life goals.

She isn't a daily Lolita anymore, and her outfits don't really focus on being Lolita anymore. She does wear it to events and meet ups, and some outfits still have a Lolita vibe, but it is not the same since many of her outfits and pieces aren't Lolita.

I just adore xylia-x. Her coords are always divine and her illustrations are lovely as well.
I could probably say that I aspire to coordinate as well as she does (and have such a wardrobe to do so) and hopefully be able to design in indie lolita someday too.

I think what bothers me about a lot of Lillith's coords is that she matches colors without regard for theme, so the coords often end up looking messy, mismatched, or forced.

god, she's in my comm and she's so cool. I feel weird fawning over her cause we know each other but she's definitely one of my lolita inspos, I think my ideal and ultimate aesthetic that I want to end up at is that really cool, dark, effortlessly elegant, regal gothic kinda look she does. The lace is amazing, and that release also had a skirt, capelet, and bustier. They used wide scalloped lace quite a lot at the time, my Rose et belle fille OP has a similar lace as well.

I actually used to really like the name 'Fanny' as a child (because the Faraway Tree series). The negative connotations that grew on it is unfortunate, but I'm kind of glad Fanny Rose has unashamedly kept her name. Good on her, I don't think she's any less admirable because of it.

Have you ever considered that cultural differences are a thing? "Fanny" is really rarely used in Canada (and even then it means butt, like in Britain iirc). Not to mention it's what she was named by her (French-Canadian) parents.

I think the name might have suffered from the book Memoirs of a Woman of Pleasure, which is about a woman with the name Fanny Hill. Similarly to how the name Lolita suffered from the book.
