I have the answer for you anon. It's a nicely shooped photo. The colours were tweaked so that the background is white and neutral while the blues and pinks are super bright and oversaturated. The whites are very clean, almost blown out -- not ugly dirty grey shadow smudges. Photog knows how to blur the background and keep her in sharp focus. Her hair and face is nearly perfect -- if there were any flyaways or smudges they shooped that away too.
