It looks nice in this coord. Plenty of people just use ankle socks instead of legwear which is really no different, and there are a lot of strappy lolita shoes out there. It's not really something newer lolitas should dive into since it's easy to get wrong but this is fine. Newer lolitas are usually the ones to freak out about this too, it's easy to tell the good from the bad when it comes to summer outfits.
