The widget is a lot more elegant than gcal or any other alternatives and you can assign colours and stickers to your events and sync it with gcal, yahoo, outlook etc. It's quite versatile actually. You can also make a timetable if you've lectures and it automatically gets added to the calendar without your needing to tweak specific events for each subject.
I've not had much luck with the weather widget though, but that's okay because I use a better one (which I'll show in my next post)

I recommend Shii Overlays for cute stickers. There's a wide variety of cute things, symbols and phrases but the downside is is that it tends to crash a lot. If you can get past 5 minutes without one of the windows freezing and the app closing, it's pretty good.

I've almost 100% it and the coffee barely make any difference when it comes to attracting certain senpais, if anything the coffee only affects your payout rate. Which is already pretty unbalanced because you get a ton of currency but few jewels. You used to be able to convert coins in jewels but they took it out just to get more shekels. They'll be putting it back in sometime this month or whenever the next update is.
Supposedly they're going to buff the Jewel coffees but I doubt it.

I discovered this one because Google Play said it was recommended by users of Miitomo, which... maybe shows a dark streak from Nintendo fans? Unfortunately it's only in Japanese now, but the kanji use is pretty minimal.
The title is "My girlfriend is not cheating on me", it's basically a reverse love-sim game where over the span of seven days, you interact with Girlfriend, collect pieces of evidence that hint to her cheating on you, with some mini-games where you argue and try to corner her with logic and prove that she's lying to you. There are multiple endings, and their outcome varies depending on how much affection Girlfriend and secondary love interest Gyaru have, and how much logic you show in arguments (as well as how well you use evidence, if you have any on you).
If you run into a bad end but have gathered evidence along the way, they get saved to the next play through by some odd twist of logic. There are some pieces of evidence you can only obtain by watching a bad end.
The game auto-saves, but you can backtrack on an event map if you want (you can't fast-forward though). The entire game is just a little bit fucked up, though.

You can play only 1 clothing roulette with shells but on the weekend a limited store pops up where you can buy clothing. You can also buy eye colors, eye shapes, and hair colors.
There is a real world money currency called NP and there's 3 gachas that use NP. However you can get tickets for these normally pay-to-play gachas through logging in, doing daily quests, or playing an event.
Every 2 weeks there is an event with a new theme that has cute outfits. No paying involved at all! Unless you want to be the top scoring player of the event, which usually gives a bonus limited outfit.
Overall you get a fair level of customization without paying, the tickets for the pay-gachas really help make it more accessible.

It's better to try events that begin in the beginning of the month because you get the guaranteed monthly limited item on the 11 play gacha, and there's a bonus for the event item.

Basically the UI is terrible, largely in the sense that it's hard to learn and very arbitrary. I've had to coach a lot of people how to do basic functions, and there are really convenient shortcuts (like the "advice all" option for friends) that aren't tutorialized at all and hidden on the friends page (which unless you are going out to add people, you never need to look at).
It's not optimized at all as far as I can tell (it DRAGS on my phone trying to load other girlfriends for likes, creating touch areas in "chat", going through events at peak time, loading your own girlfriend at some times, etc etc, my friends have the same experience), and I don't think it does anything to compress the files of the other girls you look at, meaning that it eats data plans really quickly. I only use it on wifi now, and I understand it being sort of a data hog with all the pretty pictures, but .8 gigs in less than a week is too much.
I also have a smaller phone, so some of the bigger announcement posts and events just kind of drop off the bottom of the page. There are certain buttons in the app that I literally can't press. Yes it's small, but my phone is still a major-market android, so this is a really stupid issue to have.
But my two big issues are that it can't hold more than one "advice" at a time, meaning that if two people give your girlfriend advice before you check it, you can only get the benefit of one. And on top of that, the notifications for advice are incredibly inconsistent, meaning that I miss advice a lot, which is really annoying when you're new and 2poor. This is SO SIMPLE TO FIX, so it drives me a little nuts.
I still use the app because at its core it is a very elaborate dressup game and I am so fucking gay, but I feel like if I had the art assets I could do some of these features better, and I'm only a CS student. It's really exasperating to use sometimes.

I agree with this assessment. I play dating sims (mostly "Shall We Date?" stuff) with similar features, and those games handle them much better. The clothes in Dream Girlfriend are just too fucking cute, though. I also wish you could go through giving likes to your friends exclusively and to people who are in your footprints without it moving to some rando when you press "Next Girlfriend".
