Protip: Closetchild's quality grading system is a crapshoot, but in the best possible way. I have received several items from them in the past that were rated a 3, but arrived NWT. The designers are more into decora now, so pic related is all the photos I've seen of the supposed rerelease. It makes me want to cry because this and the "We're all Mad Here's" creepycute dress were some of the dresses that made me want to get into lolita in the first place.

There should be some explanation why you can't bid. You certainly can bid on lolita items, but oftentimes the reason is because the seller forbids proxy services, doesn't have enough feedback ratings, or their feedback is too poor. There have been so many things I've wanted to bid on but couldn't because they didn't have enough feedback, sadly.
