Rpg Maker is on of the most easiest engine to work with, since it doesn't require you to have actual programming skills, if any at all. 200k is way (!) too much for a game like this, even Undertale only raised like 50k.

I have doubts about what quality the game will be, some comments hope it'll be popular like undertale (to be fair apparently Toby Fox is doing some music for it) but I honestly don't think it'll be anything more then a mediocre game that will rely on her name as an artist only.

That's such a stupid attitude and not how developing a small game works. Best is to share EVERYTHING, get people excited, post lots of gifs to twitter, get people talking. If you don't have an NDA or anything with a publisher, there is honestly no reason to keep stuff a secret. Believe me, nobody will steal your "totally unique~~~" game idea. Everybody has ideas, the problem lies in the execution. Showing your stuff, talking with fans and other devs, maintaining an interesting and helpful devblog, participate in screenshot saturdays...that's the stuff that will help you later on.
Sorry for the small rant, I'm just so fed up with this whole "thehehe my game is a secret, but it'll blow your mind guyz!" attitude so many people have. Be thankful for the support you get and give those people something back.

It's different in anime, by calling a girl a loli, they're sort of making the joke that they are cute sexualized little girls. Same with shota. It's only a term to sexualize and when used colloquially in Japanese, it's most likely making a joke about sexuality, not actually trying to earnestly call little girls lolis.
