Is there a website with a tutorial on how to cosplay as a generic SWAT team member?
Things like helmet type, BDU prices, tactical vest comparisons, boots, and all that?
I'm planning on going to Fanime as one for the many generic SWAT members seen in numerous anime.
I also love wearing uniforms and like the attention I get from girls when they see me.

I'd personally go to an airsoft store if you have one nearby. They'll have no shortage of options, and you can try stuff on in person and the like.

Why get fake shit when you can get real shit (sans armor and helmats) for cheaper as surplus?
(For armor and helmats go airsoft replicas, unless you want to spend money on the real thing, dont be a fuccboi and not put in fake plates [cardboard works apperently], shits obvious when its empty)

thanks, yeah I was planning on putting lots of things on the tactical vests, mainly gag items that fit well, like i saw a vest with a holster to the side, that's where i'm putting a banana, as well as some shotgun shell holders, those can hold some film for a camera i have.
I'm still trying to figure out the names for some items, like I know they have names for each type of clothing piece, even the gloves and boots need to be a specific brand or at least close to them, I just need more info but don't know where to find it.
So that's why I'm hoping /cgl/ could help with a few things.
