Post and talk about amazing, cringy, or average dance covers, groups, and soloists of the Odottemita world.

Hopefully they didn't start a "net idol" group like Hoshi though.
>>
>>8834296
Hoshi original intention for the "net idol" group was for it to be an official AKB48 sister group here in the states (It was NYC48 before she changed it to AME48). She said she would send daily messages to AKS asking if they can make a sister group here in the states and she be the group manager like Takamina since it was her original idea.
>>
>>8834721
A group of people told her off about AKB not working here in the states. For awhile she wouldn't listen because "I'm gonna try my best everyone is hater I'm gonna make the first AKB sister group here in the states!! :DDDDDDD" but ended up getting told off by one more person which ended in her having an "net idol" group now.

Their covers on their facebook page are hilarious and low quality so it gives me something to laugh at.

What are some ways you gulls learn dances and what dances are you currently learning?

https://youtu.be/11xGVJ7oaCk
I'm currently learning Ai Kotoba. I usually learn my danced by watching the video 5-7 timed a day doing hand and feet movements while sitting. Then, when I feel like I've memorized s good majoirty, I start dancing with the music only and fix misteaks from there. Sounds like an awkward process but it works for me.
>>
>>8835313
I'm currently learning drop pop candy. I usually download the video and put it into windows media player, cut the video into 10-15 second fragments and practice the fragment 5 times in a row (first two half speed, third 75% speed, fourth 85%, fifth normal). Rinse and repeat until I memorize and move fluidly.

One of my friends recently approached me about learning dancing. We're starting out with some simple songs and she wants to learn just for fun, but she doesn't seem to realize how taxing dancing can be? I understand it's just for fun but even then memorizing a dance to a song isn't easy.
Currently she wants to practice once a week for only half an hour, but she's a pretty slow learner and she wants to finish learning songs within a month. How should I try to get her to practice more?

I always just google the mirrored version and basically practice the movements in the mirror until I get it. Its really tiring but somehow that's the only way I can learn it. I'll try the sitting down technique later to see if that works.

This is one I'm posting is actually a Chinese dance called "little apple". It is my favorite dance to do because it's less serious and more funny looking lol. These girls are cute.

>>
>>8835413
Personally, if she herself has set goals of learning a dance within a month, you should tell her that it's gonna require more practice time. You can't magically learn a dance without the proper amount of practice.

However, since she does have a set goal of learning a dance within a month with a once a week thirty minute practice time, try learning short versions of songs or cut up songs to make them short. Idol songs are defiently perfect for this type of siutation.

Good luck and I hope you guys have fun! I'm super jelly you have a friend that's interested in dancing!
>>
>>8835313

I do a rule of threes and it works for me

Find a mirrored version of the dance and download it, slow it down 50% and start working through the dance in 30 second increments

>3 times slow
>3 times fast

Until I can hit the moves in the first 30 seconds, then increase to a minute, a minute 30 etc

Then

>3 times fast
>3 times without video

The best way I've found is to restart once I mess up, you memorize the dance quicker, but it can also make the ending weak.

I learn and memorize a dance once every two weeks

I hope more people tell her off. She is really delusional about the idol industry thinking it's gonna come to her and that it will work in the states. People could genualy be telling her facts about how this won't work and she takes it as hate or they just don't believe.

Not only that, if she REALLY wanted to make it in the idol industry with the way she is now, managers would just bring her to auditions just to have a good laugh.
>>
>>8835439
I'm teaching her Lucky Star right now since it's the easiest song I could think of. I think she underestimated how hard dancing was, but now that she's started she's getting it a bit more.

Thank you for the advice! I'll look up more short songs with simple steps. And as for friends interested in dancing, maybe you can show them and some might be interested? If they like anime/manga, teaching them the dance to op/end might be a good hook!

I'm learning Rin & Len Space Bandits at the moment. It's completely out of my comfort zone style wise, but I'm really working hard at it as it's one of my favourites. Plus, if I don't push my boundaries, how am I ever going to improve?

>>8837549
Have a playlist! (It's in alphabetical order)
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL7IgwZ1Vlc9Vg4b_8_X3j84p72I5s6m_P

I created this for my dance group (using their dance suggestions as well as my own) so I could put them all into a spreadsheet to help work out which dances people want to do making it's easier to organise setlists for performances and decide what to film for our Youtube. It's a lot of work but it's helped making organising the group 100% easier!
I've also got playlists for trios, quartets, quintets, sextets, septets & nontets if people want them. (I got lazier and lazier as it goes on though as it's hard to get more than 5 of us in one place at the same time so the later playlists aren't as full)
>>
>>8837621
It might just be me, but leap squats are helpful for loosening up my legs for quick transitions from jumps into dancing. It's literally just a jump into a squat.
>>
>>8837621
What's helped me the most is balancing exercises. There's plenty online for both dance and yoga that are really helpful-- anything that helps you with alignment and not tilting your foot weirdly when you stand on one leg will majorly help your dancing.
>>
I'm a complete beginner with no talent. How can I have more confidence in my movements? I've noticed a big problem with a lot of these is that the movements are very shaky and unconfident. Is there any way to improve other than straight up practice? Maybe fundamental moves I can do?
>>
>>8843584
Practise practise practise! There are no magic tricks. :( Here are some tips that might help you though!

- Film your progress and analyze it: what can you do better? Which moves aren't quite there? Pay extra attention to those.
- Dance with a mirror!
- Don't try to learn it all at once. Learn for example 30 seconds at a time and with patience so you know the movements by heart.
- Also remember that sleep improves your memory! If you feel like you're struggling a lot, try sleeping over night and things will look better next time you dance!
- Remember to use your muscles! It's suprisingly easy to forget to use your core muscles for example. You could also give a try to dancing the choreography super stiffly/with super exaggerated movements/super energetically and film it. Then watch it and see if you could maybe adopt something to your dance style from those videos!
- If you have time, take dance lessons.
- You also have a secret weapon: facial expressions. If you smile a lot or have otherwise good expressions it makes the dance look a lot better. Even if your moves are unconfident, don't let it show on your face!

I hope these help! Best of luck!!
>>
>>8837621
You really want active stretching/stretching that strengthens you rather than just trying to push into the splits. Lots of leg lifts, leg holds/extensions, leaps, core work and then passive stretching after dancing
>>
>>8844581
>>8843384
>>8842950

Thank you all! I'll be taking everything you've said into consideration
>>
>>8843584
Repeating what >>8844379 said about practice and segments.

The key to dancing, or any all-body motion, is muscle memory. Repeat the same actions over and over until they're fluid. Then repeat them in sequence with other movements until that's fluid. It's all about teaching your body to move naturally from one step to the next, and the only way to do that is to do it over and over again.

Isolation is good, too. If you're having trouble getting a particular hand motion down at the same time that you're moving your feet, practice JUST the feet, then do the hands standing in place. Alternate between the two until both are fluid before combining them.

The better you get, the less you'll have to break things apart to learn them, but when you're just getting going, treat it like language lessons. Phrasebooks try to teach you whole sentences, so you rarely get past the basics. A class teaches you the building blocks: conjugation, vocabulary, grammar. Dancing is much the same. You're more likely to learn more if you break it apart into segments, instead of trying to do it all at once.
>>
>>8835413
I learned this dance with a friend of mine. It was really fun I think we spent 2 weeks learning it and 2 weeks perfecting it. I would suggest inviting her over and suggest like oh I figured out a way to do this easier or just acting excited about it. I think it really depends on what kind of friend you have anon

Hey gulls!
Putting together a set list for a super small local con where I was asked to do a half an hour set list of dancing, I was wondering if you guys had any good recs for weeby dances. (Anime/popular band based as it's very small so I doubt there's room for niche picks.)
So far I have RIVER, Heavy rotation and Love and Joy.

Anyone have any good suggestions of well known songs that have good dances that can be done solo? I was thinking a love live song but I don't know what can easily be done solo.
The songs' difficulty isn't an issue I'll need some easy songs for a breather and harder songs as I like a challenge.
(Though I should note, nothing much harder than RIVER would be appreciated.)
>>
>>8854364
>solo
>30 min
>nothing much harder than RIVER

oh boy.. this is going to be a hot mess
>>
>>8853907
>>8854364
Since two people have now asked about solo dances here's my playlist.

https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL7IgwZ1Vlc9US91Qpmbdwg_vLdeG70mK8

>As I said before, there are doubles as it hasn't been organised yet
>>
>>8854374
Probably, but it's at somewhere with 50 attendees, and I may end up getting some help with it.
Like, I'm just asking for help with some song choices? I know it's probably going to be a mess,
and the reason I'm not asking for harder than RIVER is because I think I can just survive 6 RIVERS back to back so nothing harder.

I don't care if you think it's a mess or not as it won't be recorded and it's just with friends I was just looking for some advice on songs that might go well and are popular.
>>
>>8854364
As for Love Live songs, Nico Puri is pretty easy to dance.
>>
>>8854364

I was just about to post this, anon. They either never improve or get worse. Disbanding when?
>>
Sadly i'm currently living in a shared house with floorboards that creak at the slightest movement, so my dancing time is restricted to when my downstairs housemate is out! I don't want to be too annoying!

Do you gulls learn just for fun or with the intention of performing?
Do you have any history of dancing (like lessons or anything)?

I think this style of dance would be quite fun for kids to learn, like at gyms where they do childrens dance classes that are more for fun and exercise than taken seriously or for competition (like ballet, tap etc)
>>
>>8835428
The second half of that video is gold.
>>
>>8858341
I'm personally alittle bit of both. I love to do this for fun and exercise but I do get opportunities to perform a setlist every now and then either with friends or by myself. We're a tight knit odorite community so if one is performing, we all attend in support.

I technically have no prior experience with dancing but, not gonna lie, marching band did help me when it comes to moving to a beat. At least I don't look off-beat when I dance.
>>
>>8858257
Except they have improved. Or at least Beth has.
In my opinion, Renee is still the best member of the group and Rina is still the worst. She needs to put more energy into her performances, and be more confident, with more control over her moves. As at the moment, she just looks like she's flailing about and it isn't pretty to watch. (I know you will be here in this thread so I'll say it. But I had to watch your performance at 1.25 speed because it was too painful to watch. I used to have to do that for Beth too but I didn't need to this time). Beth has shown clear improvements in both the energy of her performances and the preciseness of her moves. She's still got a ways to go but I feel so proud to finally see some improvements. Ophelia is just adorably awkward and cringy in an endearing way but really needs to actually learn her dances, as that seems to be her downfall. Otherwise she could be pretty good with some polishing up.
Without Ellen though, their MCs are god damn awful.
>>
I know it's pathetic, but I really wish I'd done this sort of stuff when I was younger. Sure, I'd cringe really hard about it now if nothing came of it or if I was awful, but it just seems like so much fun.
Now I'm in my 20's and too old to do this stuff.
>>
>>8859109
It's not pathetic, anon! Especially if you admit to it. Everyone has a secret cringy thing they always wanted to do or try out. It's never too late to use odottemita as only exercise. You can have fun, be a weeb, and lose weight!

Follow your heart, anon!
>>
I actually love learning dances, but I always had to do it alone so I stopped and haven't learned any new ones in almost 2 years now.
How do I find other people who like to learn dances to random Japanese songs?
>>
>>8859109
It's not pathetic at all. I actually felt the same but you're never too old to start! I only started a year ago myself and I'm in my 20's. I'm actually finding it's better to do it now, than as a teen, Since I'm more aware of the world and less likely to embarrass both myself and the people around me.
>>
>>8859052
Anon, you're the only one seeing improvement.

But Renee is cute, and is the best a dancing.
>>
>>8859295
>>8859351
Fuck it, you're both right. I need to loosen up a little and have fun!
>>
>>8859052
I'm not talking about individuals. I'm taking about the group as a whole. Just because one improves, doesn't guarantee the whole group will. Honestly, it just looks even worse if a few are good and then the rest are slacking. Same concept when it comes to group cosplay.

So again, disbanding when?
>>
Not sure if sharing is a good idea, but this is my group being cringy I guess.

I really don't know how to feel about this, since while I'm not digging the song and it could be a lot better mixed, I can feel that a lot of work went into it and everyone seems to be enjoying themselves
>>
>>8867035
I personally don't like the song but I'll have to disagree on the mixing job. I think for the amount of girls/how many lines it was really well mixed.

But also I think what takes away from it is just the overwhelming amount of girls in one song probably fighting to keep parts fair.
>>
>>8867043
Yeah, that's fair, plus you can tell a lot of the girls have different mic quality which makes things seem a lot more messy, too.

Renee needs to get out of Furi Furi. The group isn't going to let her full potential shine, especially when the rest of the members are shit and pulling her down the cringe hole with her.
>>
>>8864063
Yes at 14 she should be making almost 4 different gofundmes for her own idol groups (aren't you suppose to be 18+ and have a bank account to make gofundmes?) and then publicly claim that her NYC48/AME48 and every other imaginary 48 group she came up with will become the first AKB48 sister group in the states.

Hoshi is a joke to the net idol and j-pop community. She can't even keep comitted to one thing or learn a dance before a performance. Hosting a idol cafe at 14 with little to no organization and groups "canceling" aka were never contacted or agreed to attending?

14, 24, 34, I don't fucking care. Most of that shit is unacceptable. Does she even have parents that know she is doing all that?

Bumping to save this thread

Singing is not part of Odottemita.
Take that wannabe idol group stuff else where.
>>
>>8869397
It's not a part of odottemita, but I like it when people combine their odotte/utattemita videos, it makes it feel more personal sometimes rather than just using a vocaloid version, etc
>>
>>8867022
Their accents are fucking terrible.
>>
>>8869429
OP here, I was thinking about letting utattemita be apart of the thread since alot of odottemita covers already use alot of Utattemita covers. Utattemita is already apart of the Odottemita culture, so there's no point in trying to push it out.
>>
I've always thought of doing this, but with all the backlash you can get I don't think I'll be uploading anything anytime soon, if ever. But it's fun nevertheless, so what would be great starting out songs to do? I'd appreciate any advice.

Anon, on /cgl/, you can get backlash for anything. As long as you don't look like OPs video and can take the concrit, then you should be ok! We all know we're weebs in the end, but it's all in good fun.

I recommend dancing to First Kiss. That's as basic as it can get. If you can also take dance lessons, even free community ones, it will help you in the long run if you wish to improve movements.

Shining Royalty was a fairytale-themed net idol group led by a 14 year old boy and some of his friends. They kept postponing their releases due to their recordings sounding like shit and mixers not being able to fix it, stuff like that. Three of the 6 members graduated within 4 months of them being recruited. Royalty disbanded before they even debuted, only 5 months after the group was first formed.

There was likely some drama going on within the group according to their disbandment announcement:
>I came to the conclusion that for everyone's sake, that it'd be best if she left the group... The environment couldn't be one that wasn't fun and inviting and comfortable.
>In the end, we both felt we had done something wrong and that the other had done something we were hurt by.
>Had anyone else been inside the group, you would've seen that the organization was not the only problem.

Shining Academy is led by two former members of Royalty (16 and 18 years old), who are now asking for $1,000 to help launch their new net idol group.
>>
>>8876448
Yeah mainly I think members couldn't stand the 2 that are left. the one
's a real thundercunt if you don't like her weeby ideas.
>>
>>8853907
they're actually really good! the aesthetics are phenomenal as well
>>
so they just added reward tiers to their gofundme. for only $100 you can write their songs for them. wow.
>>
Has anyone tried to cover any dances from Pripara/i Ris? I really want to learn Make It, but there aren't any good mirrors aside from the official dance video.
>>
>>8878396
I learned Make It by downloading the video them mirroring it with a software. You can do the same thing with a few websites online
>>
>>8878071

>>
>>8878468
Yes they really are. The leader is super delusional about how far the group will go.
>>
>>8878410
I'll have to do that! Thanks!
>>
Hey let's not be so rude! They could get a dollar! XD Maybe it's delusion, especially if their people are as shit as other groups which they probably are seeing as these wannabes can't even sing properly half the time.
>>
>>8878071 #
It's not even writing it's "helping" which is dumber. Truthfully though writing isn't cheap anyway. At least it's paid.
>>
I discover this yesterday
http://deturl.com/mirror-flip.asp?v=
A web you only need to put the https code of a youtube video after v= to mirror that video. Really usefull with some dances that didn't have mirrored in youtube.
>>
>>8878930
Thanks anon! This is gonna be really helpful now!
>>
>>8878889
actually it's not that they're paying YOU to write, it's you are paying THEM to have a chance to help write their lyrics. that's the $100 reward perk. To help them write lyrics. You donate $100, you do their work for them. Win/win right?
>>
>>8879194
Plus I highly doubt they will even take any of those suggestions into consideration since the like to think everything they come up with is genius and original

Its a matter of time before they disband. Once one member leaves, then another leaves, then more end up leaving until they become inactive, try to do auditions for new members, or disband all together. Its the life cycle of a good majority of idol/dance groups. Rarely do you see groups do auditions for new members and continue on successfully.
>>
>>8883320

That's true But man it's kinda sad to see
>>
>>8883781
I'm personally happy to see them disband since they never took the initative to improve as a group and we're pretty cringy during live concerts. There just another weeb group taking the typical life cycle of a Jpop dance group. They will disband before we know it.
>>
My friends and I come from dance backgrounds, and were wanting to get into creating a dance channel for jpop, anime song dances, and a little bit of kpop. What makes a group stick out moreso than others? Also, what would automatically make a group cringe, even with decent dance ability? (I've been looking at the videos here too).
>>
>>8883937
Crappy costumes, shiny wigs. Wannabe wa-lolita dresses. Oh, and lack of emotion in your facial expressions. Have fun with it, and show that you're having fun!
>>
>>8883937
If you want to be sucesful, even tho it might sound harsh, don't let your uggo friends or someone who can't dance join. Uggos ruin the appeal of a group and if one can't dance, then the whole group is going to crash and burn.

Video quality takes a huge role if this is gonna be online based. Everyone should have at least a camera that can go up to 720p and capture fast movements as well.

Finally, fucking practice before you upload or even record. Get opinions from fellow members about how it looks before uploading a cover. If someone looks bad, don't be afraid to tell them.

Good luck, anon!

It's only been a day. Since the girls announced lesving they must REALLY care. No wonder those girls left
>>
>>8884648

I'm just not a believer of thinking everything has to be bad
>>
>>8884378
>>8884408
I think anon is talking about the quality of the video and the members in comparison. The first one obviously shows the members they practiced their dance and have coordinating outfits with good camera quality and average to cute looking girls. The other video you can tell there was barely any coordination or practice that went into it. The video editing of the second one didn't help it out either.

The choice between hsing cover singing and original tracks and the type/which dance don't matter. It's the overally visual apperance given by a dance group, which is the whole point.
>>
>>8884710
Using*
>>
>>8884661

Even pre planned people wait a couple of a day's before announcing new members or weeks even. If it was pre planned they would have known when the members were going to upload and so could arrange it like that. Asking for new members a day after your other members leave is like saying "yeah we know you left and it's sad it's actually happening blah blah we don't really care" I mean a group like that is in no rush

Gulls, I wanna get something off my chest.

We're in such a booming age of odottemita, utattemita, YouTaite, net idols... I loved this stuff when I was 19~21, though my dream of entertaining goes way back before that. I even joined a group that had sponsors behind it and we were told we'd go on to good things, but all it turned out to be was a money sink and a waste of nearly 3 years of my life in which I did next to nothing else for my future. After getting some actual job and life experience, I wanted to try again as a hobby that could -maybe- at least lead to some con appearances, but right when I started to gain even a little bit of traction, I got pregnant and disappeared from everything.

It's too late for me, isn't it? I'm in my mid-20s now and my body is still okay, but not what it used to be when I was 19 and just starting. My YouTube channel and FB page are zombies, just standing with no activity, only shells of what I had started to build. For some reason, I still want to dance and sing, just like I did all those years ago. But I'm a mom now, and have adult priorities I need to take care of. I don't know what to do. I wish I could go back.
>>
>>8884721
Anon, as long as you take priorities, I say go for it! It's hard being an adult, and a mom for sure, while wanting to do odottemita/net idol related things. I personally think as long as your adult and mom priorities are taken first, you don't look cringy, practice, and etc. I think you should try! It will be ok if you upload covers once a month. You could even try just managing a net idol group instead of being a member of one.

Just don't end up like the aidoru mom on youtube who uploads covers when her daughter is in the shot.

Also, I just gotta ask, we're you in Oshii!Project?

>>
>>8884728
>>8884965
O-Okay! Maybe I will try again. Right now I kinda don't have a job and do live with family, but I'm in school and do hope to find employment sooner rather than later. I've been through a lot, so sometimes it's kind of hard to be positive, but I think things will turn around before the end of the year. I could not imagine letting my child get to 4 years old with nothing set up for her future, nor letting her lay in the background of my videos in her diaper looking bored and tired, wtf. Also I was very uncomfortable with that upskirt angle camera in the first video with her daughter sitting just feet away on the couch. Wow, wow, wow, hot mess.

Also no, I had friends in Oishii Project, but was never interested in joining. Kinda saw where that whole thing was headed.
>>
>>8885081
You can be unemployed and going to school, just don't put your net idol things before the important priorities. That's what seperates that girl from you. As long as you know that, you will be ok!

The same with that other girl from Furi Furi she's made her own k pop j pop group I believe and their far more talented
>>
>>8896560
How could they fuck up heavy rotation so badly?
The old leader of Furi Furi just needs to loose some weight and take some dance lessons, the rest of the group were pretty decent for their first performance. I mean they're all out of time, do completely different things when they're supposed to be in synchro and just some genuinely terrible song choices, ( Heavy rotation is a song performed w/ mics, you dance with mics. I just ... can't.)

I'd be interested to see how they continue however.

>>8896935
Do you have a link to their group?

Yeah its a little sad they don't have more views but here:

Damn, they are pretty damn slick for a first performance.
The one with the straight hair is a lot weaker than the other 2, but they are all very good dancers. I'm literally in love with the one with the garters.
I'm really looking forward to see how they progress, as this looks strong to me imo.
(Though I'm hardly a good judge myself, my only dance experience is west end musicals and stage coach.)
>>
What would you guys say are the most common Odottemita mistakes people make and the best way that people can improve on their dancing?
I want to be good enough so I feel confident to perform yet my performance always seems ... off when I look back over recordings.
>>
>>8897064
Don't be lazy and actually study up on real dance technique. Watching a YouTube video doesn't magically make you a dancer, you need to condition and build your muscles and look in a mirror to understand your movements.

Also if you're fucking up a part, don't keep practicing it with mistakes. It'll become a habit and you will always look bad at that part.
>>
>>8897056

Same im gonna subscribe and keep up to date with them I think they have a facebook im just interested in how they improve in the near future
>>
>>8833699
She

Is she not wearing a bra

Are those her nipples

Her boobs bouncing all willy-nilly while she dances?
>>
>>8897064
If you feel something is off then stop. Go on a journey, not physically of course unless you're up for a road trip. Explore the world of dance both on the internet and in your community. All the different dance styles and dance history/culture, learn it. Surely you live close enough to a recreation center that teaches dance right? Just go, shake hands, introduce yourself and they will pretty much chill with you. If it sucked then just leave and find another place to dance, not like you will see those people again. The important part is taking the first step and keep dancing weekly.
Just go and dance. Eventually you will find your comfort zone and you will keep improving.
>>
>>8896977
>being black
That's not even fair.
Jokes aside only the middle girl with the frilly hair knows how to dance.
>>
>>8891406
I dislike the new "only 1 performance on stage" part. I enjoyed it meeting new people and it felt like a real battle seeing your competition up close and personal. Everyone is very nice in person though but I'm just saying it will lose the community, culture, and competition aspect since many of them do end up as friends.
>>
>>8897242
This was a huge thing. She went and defended herself on a youtube video.

I actually saw her in person doing this.

She claimed to have a sports bra on but it didn't restrict her DD breasts
She had no bra since they are flopping about out of sync. I'm a DD she was at least a low C when I stood next to her. MAYBE high B
>>
>>8897297

Their all capable and did amazingly well for their first performance on stage together. They just need experience now and practice but I think you can tell from furi furi that Renee (I think her name is) can dance the other girl just needs to sharpen her movements. Frilly haired girls is the best out of all of them though

I've been trying to find it, I think it got taken down since the title use to be "wear a bra ty lee" But this girl does go on the videos to defend herself. a lot.

I remember seeing her in the exact same outfit every single day as well, spamming this dance.

I ran one of the gatherings and remember her coming over with her speakers and starting to do the dance on loop till the photographers left to go film her. She did this to a number of gatherings
>>

They still can't dance.

it wouldn't even matter if they could. girls like that who think they're cute are too deluded. they probably look in the mirror and see anime girls, look at their videos and see love live shit.

i almost feel bad for them.

Why do weeaboo bitches always wear their pleated skirts too low on the waist or on their hips?
It looks so bad baka

How hard is it to find a group to dance with? I would love to start one, but have no clue where I'd even begin. Post an "Auditions for Odottemita Group" thing on Craigslist?

I wonder how many rapist will accept your invite.

Just joking, man

Just keep tabs on Facebook groups, especially convention and idol related groups. It also just depends on the area/state you live in. East coast, Michigan, Florida, Texas, and California are prime odorite group locations.

Apparently decently difficult for jPop. I joined a kpop group and its actually really great and there's a lot of experienced dancers mixed in so its nice, but I still want to find a small group of people to do cute vocaloid and Kyary stuff with.

Maybe just post on Facebook and some friend will pipe up with interest?

There's an odottemita group and japanese idol group for Texas, specifically meant for the San Antonio area but is opened to all Texas odorites

how does she suck in that one????
>>
>>8919398
Her movements are messy and there's a few she misses completely. I'm a dancer though, so maybe I'm a bit too hard on her.
>>
>>8917640
Because they are cute honestly.
>>
Post your main dance style.
>inb4 no dance style or doesn't know a dance style or don't need a dance style

Are they watching a laptop while they dance? They couldn't even memorize it?? Why perform if you haven't even fully learned it yet...
