When making the comic book Spider-Girl, they knew that they couldn't draw her in the exact same poses as Spider-Man. Yes, that was because she was underage, but it's also because the female body and poses it is in are taken completely different when a woman is doing it. Milo Manara's Spider-Woman cover was almost a tracing of a previous pornographic image he had done somewhere else. While Spider-Woman is a mature super hero, I like the Spider-Girl approach more when it comes towards posing her, even though they have had some awkward moments too.

Even so, the same can be said for women. The issue is how women take it. A lot of men are still probably insecure about their masculinity from buff men the same as women are about their femininity. Same with that there may be women who use the sexy females in comics as a 'power' fantasy. Comics can be for both men and women to have power fantasies over, because all the people in them are over perfected and sexy, but they're not for insecure people of either gender.
