Tbh I think most black gyaru aren't 100% confident with their bodies in gyaru fashion.. At least the ones that I talk to. So the coords aren't as over the top or don't use brand (because they simply don't fit) and sometimes the gyaru brands can really put the style together, especially for substyles like kuro and amekaji, where there are specific silhouettes and aesthetics.
I always love Lisha's coordinates though, she really knows her stuff :3

And that's all I've got! (I didn't notice how overwhelmingly my folder was asian girls until I was asked, goodness.) Like I said, leans more casual, more offbrand usage, personal taste stuff. The thing I've noticed that's important to differentiate between rokku and just alt/goth is the makeup, but that's always the case for gyaru. Also make use of lots of skirts, lots of platforms, and keep a more feminine, drapey silouette. (I'm also just really personally into drapey, and the folter reflects that.)
