How much should I be looking to spend on this in Red only?
>>
This JSK in short/beige? I'm the first owner, I've worn it once, so it's still in perfect condition
>>

Are you new here or something? There's no need to bump, you're just clogging the thread up.
>>
Okay, so...

Someone's selling Holy Prayer from Surface Spell for $113 shipped.

But I saw someone else selling it for $80 shipped (couldn't buy it in time though).

Are they overpricing or was that person underpricing? They said they were open to offers but I don't know how to politely offer less than what they're asking, and I don't want to offend them. Help?
>>
>>8774807
if the thread was on the last page there is a reason for bumping.

how much do older (pre-2012) mary magdalene OPs go for on average? thinking of mostly their plain dresses, lolibrary is down so I have no idea about names right now...

How could I price Honey Cake in this cut in color with a very small flaw?
Is it worth selling around this time or should I wait?
>>
>>8779782
That's not going to work, anon. Why would people pay more to buy it secondhand when they could just buy it from the seller with the original shipping price? Even if you haven't tried it on, you're still technically selling it secondhand so there's going to be a reduction in value if people could just buy the new thing directly for less.
>>
>>8783064
Since it usually goes for 350-500, maybe start an auction at the low end of that? What's the flaw?

Pic related, the sewing is coming apart next to the zipper. I already got it like this but it didn't bother me. It won't start coming apart unless you violently pick on it and it's not visible when worn. But I'd rather mention it.
>>
>>8783090
that's more like damage than a flaw anon.
>>
>>8783102
Damage or flaw, call it what you want, it's the problem with the dress and I don't know how to price it. Like, it should be considered in the starting bid imo but it's not like the dress is damaged beyond repair.
>>
>>8783115
it's easily repairable, just start with 350 and point out the damage.
>>
>>8783077
It was a MTO tht is obviously sold out
>>
>>8783142
Anon didn't post the source, so I wasn't sure. At any rate I don't see someone being able to sell something secondhand at a higher price than they bought it at unless it was something really popular (see: Holy Lantern.) And since that dress clearly isn't one of the big brands, I doubt that's the case.
>>
>>8783189
lmfao how goddamn new are you to not recognize jetj
get the fuck out the price thread if you don't even know one of the oldest jp brands, you silly sausage

What's a reasonable price to sell IW's Stradivarius JSK for? I'm the second owner, and it was only worn maybe five times total by both me and the original owner. I need to find the back ties, but other than that, there's no flaws on the dress at all.

Saw pic related on LM. It's now reduced to 950$ but really? Is Romantic Rose Letter really worth that much? Can't remember it being this popular.
>>
>>8787345
Saw that someone sold it for $1000 on LM:
Holy crap. It was expensive before but $1000 is almost the double amount. I guess they're trying it because it seems to be the only one available right now. Plus, LM is kinda epensive

Also how much do unpopular dresses tend to drop in price after they are finally sold out of stock (ex: whip jacquard)

How much could I sell my AB headdress for? Would $50-60 be too cocky?
>>
>>8792531
Everyone and their mother has one now, and it's more widely known how to get them. It's off season for it too... Maybe before Halloween you could have, but I don't think so now.

I don't know how much they cost to ship from AB, but I would guess 1200Â¥ range? Since it retails for about $30US I don't think you could get over $40-45 anymore unless you get lucky with an ignorant noob or someone desperate to get one ASAP. That seems to be the selling median for most of their hair accessories I see on LM.

How much is Holy Lantern worth now? From the first release? I want to get rid of my OP before the flock of MTOs are sent out but I imagine that nobody is willing to pay more than retail for it now.
>>
>>8792889
Why should they if it's secondhand and common.
>>
>>8792889
First release is the shorter version and nobody wants that. You're a few months too late mate.
>>
>>8792889
Prices are still lowering even though MTO's haven't gone out yet. I would price it somewhere below or at retail probably.

Very good condition.
I saw a listing that sold for $100 but I think that's too high (as were the seller's other sales) and I don't want to seem like a scalper.

I'm thinking of selling my Moitie's Holy Queen jsk in BlackxWhite.
It has a super tiny flaw in the fabric because the previous owner pulled a thread, I had that fixed by a pro though.
You really have to look for it otherwise you can't really see it.
It comes with the velveteen waist tie and is other than that tiny pinprick sized flaw in very good condition.

I've looked at LM auctions, the BlackxWhite skirt seems to sell between 175 and 200 usd.
But the only jsk's I found sold on there were the BlackxBlue which might be more popular colorway than BlackxWhite? I don't know.
Those seem to go from 240 to 350 usd, but none of them had a tiny flaw.
What would be a reasonable price?

(not my pic)
>>
>>8794013
I think 65-80 is appropriate. You could even start an auction at the mid range of that and see if it goes higher

I'm pricing up some items for a friend. What would you say is the going rate for Dance of the Black Cats Halter JSK in Wine + matching socks and beret. It has some damage from the drycleaners where the dye has bled and some of the white has gone pink.
>>
>>8783081
>>8783135
Honey cake barely goes for that anymore. The last times I saw it on LM it was under 300, and it was there for a while at that.
>>
>>8794918
The only ones regularly going for under $300 on the western sites are the pink and mint colorways. Ivory is arguably the most popular and can easily fetch 400-500 on auction.

I don't know what a fair asking price is for this. I know another gull is looking for it and I really love it too. It's not that popular though is it?
>>
How much does honey cake round jsk jsk in yellow go for these days?

Last listing I see on LM was from a while ago. I just discovered this dress recently, is it still super popular or can I hope to snag it at a normal price?
>>
>>8795640
2nd most popular color of the most popular cut (arguably, but definitely up there). I think most popular, ivory round goes for ~$500 the last I saw it quoted... Someone who pays attention better could probably give you a better idea but it does go for quite a bit.

A friend gave this to me years ago, and I'm curious how much it's worth. It is a bit stained and damaged, as noted in the pic. Can anyone give me an idea of how much it would be in mint condition, as well as how much it would realistically go for with this damage? Thanks.
>>
>>8795609
Closet child sold it for 13,800 yen. Obviously western market prices are higher though
>>
>>8795640
I bought my yellow round JSK for under $300 last year. There have been several yellow, mint, and pink JSKs cropping up on LM for around the same price, and as >>8796817 mentioned, the round cut seems to be the most popular JSK cut.
>>
>>8794406
Thanks for your help! I put it up for $50 since I got a good deal on it, and $75 BIN.
>>
>>8794913
It's pretty hard to say, I've seen the skirt in good condition go for around $150. Given that the damage seems pretty irreversible, I'd start an auction at around $150-200
>>
>>8783064
I agree with >>8794934 - I think ivory still fetches a solid $400, and maybe more if you put up an auction.

If you do sell it, please link!
>>
>>8794913
An anon whose skirt ran before said she fixed the damage on her skirt by washing it a few times in cold water with detergent and with several color catching sheets. Have you tried washing it since it came back damaged?

Anyone have any idea on how to price this? I haven't seen this OP go up for sale since I bought it years ago. Toying with the idea of selling.
>>
>>8793979
Anon what colorway of the first release op do you have?
>>
>>8794381
I would say anywhere from 200~350
But i'd stick to like $250(bid)+shipping or $300+shipping(bin)personally.
>>
>>8802720
Thank you anon, appreciate your help.
>>
>>8802591

I found the black OP was sold on CC for 7800yen
http://www.closetchildonlineshop.com/product/84016
That was the black colorway and it had damage.
The pink is probably the least popular colorway but because of it's age, if in good (undamaged) condition and complete (with choker), it will have it's old school appeal.
The OP's seem to pop up rarely and that could work in your favor.
You could start with asking $100,- to 125,- usd or even higher if you wish and see from there, if it doesn't sell you can always lower it's price.
>>
>>8774802
I sold my long length in this color for about 145 USD, I would price it around there because it's not super popular.
