Also, search for gyaru on tumblr as well, get reference photos!
Oh, and decide for which kind of style you want to go for. Gyaru is definitely not dead, but lost it's popularity, especially among Tokyo gals. It's still somewhat popular in Saitama, Chiba and other more rural areas

In 2013 straight eyebrows have been a trend due to the high influence of korean ulzzang style. If they're not too thin and not too thick and thry actually suit you, just go with them. Arched eyebrows make one look old anyway lol
