I'm 4'11 and I'm trying to figure out what characters would be good to cosplay. I'm not remotely flat chested and binders don't work very well, so they'd have to be fairly covered up.
Any ideas are extremely appreciated

We've had general suggestions thread before (e.g. black characters, characters with complex designs, fat characters) so I don't see why we can't have one for small characters. OP didn't post a picture of herself; the thread is pretty general (short people cosplay). We don't have to shoehorn everything into a single general.

Ugh, I get how you feel. I'm 4'11 as well and it seriously seems like every single character in existence whos this small just HAS to have a flat chest, huh?
I feel like people are willing to look past that though since it's not something that can really be avoided without surgery in some cases... When I cosplayed Madoka for instance, nobody cared that I had too-big boobs, a lot of people commented on how much I suited her because of my height.

On that note, most people don't seem to mind if you cosplay characters shorter than 5'2, or at least, don't comment on it harshly. Childish looking people generally tend to get away with more since we look "pocket sized" and "kawaii". The urge to cosplay people out of your face and body type is ENORMOUS though.
