I have recently purchased a 3D Printer, I’m planning on using it to make bits and pieces not related to things I can immediately sow or make myself.
What are things /cgl/ would like to see 3D printed? I’m planning of making a business out of it selling cosplay items or additional trinkets from more obscure manga’s and shows.
Ie; Akumetsu masks, Behelits and other assorted stuff.

I've been looking at 3d printers lately as well, curious to know what you ended up purchasing?

please make some of those intricate heads for mage's staffs, and pendants and crowns. with your 3d printer, you will be the saviour of all who have no crafting skills.
just curious, how much will you charge for the full sized (1:1) mask in your pic?

Still haven't figured out costings yet, but id be assuming its going to be between $25-35. Im still working on the 3D Model, and after that ill do the printing, just depends on how much effort it will take to get it smooth and perfect.
Awesome! Those staff heads are a good idea, i might sketch up some designs tonight.
Some of those look movable, Is a dynamic staff head like the lady beetle one way more desired then its static closed position?

I'd say that anything that moves is automatically more desirable, but if you make the non-moving pieces cheaper, it'd still sell well.

Hey anon, could you give some basic info on 3D printing, it seems really interesting. Like, how much did it cost, how big is yours? How long does it regularly take you to make the 3D model, supply costs, etc.
3D printing seems so interesting.

Ive always thought some small 3D printed Final Fantasy staffs would make good piercings.
