Looks pretty average to me. Fabric is on the cheaper side and the tailoring could be better, but it's okay. Her face is kinda weird too, but that doesn't really have to do with the costume.

The word filters are because of /pol/ and /int/ constantly using the black ghetto speak abbreviations t.bh and f.am facetiously and gratuitously. /pol/ also has a thing for referring to everyone that enjoys getting their countries massively and irreparably "culturally enriched" by immigrants as a c.uckhold/c.uck. So, as someone who also frequents those boards, that's why all of those word filters exist. Literally no other reason or motive.

Well considering she is cosplaying pic related...
Putting weight aside the cosplay is missing a lot of components. The black sleeves, the panda in her hair and the staff (not always with the character but would make it more accurate nonetheless) are missing, plus she lacks shoes that are at least semi-decent or similar to the shoes the character wears. A few other outfit details are missing as well. Buttons, the black cloth at the bottom of the top, the black strips along the jacket.
She's also wearing unneeded accessories such as the bracelet, necklace (that actually looks like the Shikon jewel from what I can tell) and rings.
I'll give her a C for creativity for trying to recreate the long hair through fabric, but other than that it's very inaccurate. If she made this, good on her; but this was most likely commissioned from a Chinese site or ordered from eBay. Even then it could have been altered to be more accurate if she did have the necessary skills.
I'm all for having fun cosplaying and cosplaying the characters you love, but due to the amount of missing details and other mistakes, I can see why it belongs in this thread.
Who am I to judge though? I can barely thread a needle without poking myself in the finger. It also seems like this might be a small con or something, so I can understand not wanting to go all out. If she's happy with how she looks, then this post doesn't really matter.
Nekocon was run pretty horribly. I was on Artist Alley and they ran that so bad. Staff asked ME how much the badges were before selling me one.
It was pretty cool that people recognized my Gundam cosplay though.

I don't think cosplay girls who are bigger really understand how, except from the front, corsets really make the rest of your body clearly more pudgy and make you look so lumpy its vomit inducing.
