No one was saying anything like that? You're the one acting like being comfortable dressing up a different gender somehow invalidates how you identify. Some people can distinguish between presenting themselves as a certain gender and presenting themselves as a character of a certain gender.
Gender dysphoria is a criteria to transition because without it, there runs a risk of the person to experience gender dysphoria AFTER transitioning. From your logic, a cis person has to experience gender dysphoria when they are crossplaying or else they aren't actually cis... But that isn't true at all, seeing how many people present themselves as a certain gender and still want to dress up as a different gender.
