It was full of slightly confused/mildly interested norms and harmless weebs. It was impossible to get around. The music was pretty bad. I think most cosplayers used it as an excuse to hang out and get some photos taken since South Bank is a somewhat decent photo spot.

The music IMO was good, but the setup was pretty awful. They had the DJ's up on stage and pushed right to the back, making it nearly impossible for them to engage with the crowd or gauge their interest. That being said I know the first two who played and asked them why the fuck they would play that gig since it's not their usual scene.
As Anon said, there were some great cases of people walking in unaware and showing obvious confusion / disapproval of the goings on which was pretty funny. I saw a couple of vaguely European men walking around shirtless to show off their no-gains in what I believe was an attempt to woo the kanojos.
The cosplay ranged from abysmal to pretty good, as someone who went with the goal of picking up I was disappointed by the turnout. A lot of overweight girls squeezed into characters that they didn't fit. A lot of obviously unattracted girls with fuckloads of make-up. A handful of genuinely attractive cosplayers.
The food on offer was shit.
