Yeah, shit was pretty cash money.
Last year at anime expo me and some friends were hanging out in front of the convention center and there was traffic backed up. So there were a group of black dudes in a car and had no idea what was going on. They see a sluty sailor moon as nd start yelling "ayyyy yo is that sailor moon?" "Ayyy biych come over here".
It was genuinely funny to see people who have no idea what is going on.

I am so unbelievably excited this game is finally coming to the US! I wish there were more games like this out there.

I think its a matter of how healthy you are, rather than age.
If youre well enough to get around a convention center , even if only for a few hours, than you're still young (or well enough) to start cosplay. If you go to more western based and generally 'older' cons, you'll find find tons of people that are older than 40, 50, and even beyond that. Plus a lot of older people like to dress in historical costumes for ren faires and such.
Personally I dont endorse blocking a whole aisle...

You can't be too old to cosplay, though I personally believe you can be too old to cosplay certain characters. 35 year olds dressing as 15 year olds doesn't look right.

How should I cosplay Megumin if I'm a man with haired legs and armpits and I have a beard? My dad is a farmer and he don't understand me, if I'd shave my beard he'll decide I'm a gay :(

I believe this sort of con happened at DashCon. Although I may be wrong. There was a con in Fresno at one point, which was fun.

they've also been viewed less than a thousand times combined so I have a feeling no one actually gives a shit about the program unless you shove it in their face like they are with all the artists, press, and exhibitors.
I'll be cosplaying as a Death Korps of Kreig and Mega Melf (mega milk version of DnD's Melf). I'll be in lolita either monday or whenever the local comm's meet is.

I'm going to Sausomecon and looking forwards to it but I'm too old to be assed for Rekon. I don't wanna drive to KC and pay $5 for hot dogs and sit out in the heat even though I went for years as a younger weeb.
I'm pissed that the Sausomecon panel submission deadline is less than a month before the con. I just wanna know if I'm accepted so I can really get my panel in order.
The cosplayer in me is jealous, but the engineer in me is pissed. How tf do you have the time and resources to print a solid suit of armor? How many spools do you think this took?
Same. A lot of those shapes look simple enough where it wouldn't even be difficult to make with foam. While 3D printing is cool, new and exciting, i frequently ask.... why?

I am working on an Antibug cosplay myself. But I only have the wig so far, so not much to show here.
Didn't see one so made one.
Picture: outfits nice but I think it's thrown off by the tights and headdress. If it where the back one maybe it wouldn't look so off to me.

Definitely agree on the headdress, it should be black. The socks are.. interesting.. The gold looks out of place since there's no other accents to bind it into the outfit. My biggest concern is the shoes though.. Seriously, normalfag shoes in gothic?

It's bad coording, which is nothing new from this girl.
The headdress is stark, it doesn't fit the goth aesthetic, imo something black or blackxwhite would have been a much nicer touch. The socks clash, the shoes don't match, and she needs a wig. It doesn't even feel gothic, maybe she didn't know what style she was trying to portray and mashed up a little of everything. You can't just add white items to the coordinate because there is white in the dress, that's a novice mistake.
