I threw up in my mouth a little.
What are some of the worst stories that you have for conventions? Figured I'd start one since I just had one today
>crowd into an elevator at hotel
>door closes
>guy next to me says "I'm going to let you all know now that I have a knife and none of you are leaving alive"
>heart skipped a few beats as I jump back in terror
>obviously he was joking otherwise I wouldn't be alive

Nobody wants to be the one person that gets stabbed.
>it's on like donkey kong
>bust out my own knife
>let's do this
I work in a warehouse so I always have a knife out of habit. It's a practical tool to have too.
It's time for a fap thread
Can't seem to find the last one posted.

Both of those choices look like shit and are way too expensive for how shitty they look. If you want your Homura wig to look good, you're going to have to do a little work on it.
For a similar price and a better wig all around

>Shit
you know nothing if you say Ayanamisatoru carries shitty wigs. They are better than Arda when it comes to wigs. Soft and non-shiny and no need to have a huge head for them.
I would say to just get a straight wig in the correct color for it though, and cut it yourself. It's not a hard style to cut, and in the end it would look better.
Does anyone know where I can find a nice Yuno wig? 90% of the Yuno wigs I see people wearing looks like its trying to fly off their head. I've been thinking about buying this wig from Uniqso but I'm not sure of the quality of their wigs.
New lenses general!
I know this has been asked so many times but are there any good natural looking (as in not so pigmented it looks horrifying) gold lenses?
or just really honey brown coloured lenses. Wanted them for kotori!
>>8157796
What is your natural eye color?
>>8157256
I thought these would be pretty tacky but they're actually pretty cute... can I get sauce on the lenses and/or a review of them?
New and improved (and with the right header image).

Yo I heard this was Dashcon2.0!

booths, dealer rooms, etc.
sounds nothing like dashcon.

Not OP, but anyone have deets?
I just saw an article on tmz about one of the guests getting arrested.

>What is your cup-size?
36D, but I'm more comfortable in a 38 band.
I got measured by a bra fitter.
>general body shape
Pear with a really interesting paunch apron for a belly.
>Are you comfortable with costumes that most likely will draw attention to your chest?
Not really. I'm not well endowed and it would take Nigri tier tit magic to make my boobs not look saggy. Also I have a problem with convention tartlets judging me like a piece of meat.
>Do you do anything to your chest to make it more accurate for a cosplay, like binding to be a boy or stuffing for a character with huge boobs?
Sometimes I bind my chest to fit my lolita dresses better. I've also thought about getting a fake pair of tits to cosplay characters with bigger boobs.
>Would you say any of the attention your cosplays get has to do with your boobs?
Nah. It's because I'm a kawaii as fuck chubbychan who dresses well. I don't really have to try that hard.
>If you're a lolita, do your boobs hinder you in the fashion at all?
Minimally. The brands I like are usually accommodating for my larger size, and I don't exactly chase after IW or MMM. My bust measurement is straddling 40 inches and without a bra they can easily be squished down to 38~
Pic related. My boobs look like grade 2, but I'm not really concerned about it. My bf likes my tits and I don't seek validation from strangers who would probably hate them anyway.
>>8070287
>>What is your cup-size?
B (I think, more of an "if it fits wear it")
>>What is your general body shape like?
Pretty lanky, shorter torso, long limbs, small bust but slightly fuller hips. Kind of a gelatin skeleton.
>>If you're a lolita, do your boobs hinder you in the fashion at all?
Having a 90 cm bust is actually pretty great in lolita, some JSKs are a little small, but there's plenty...

>What is your cup-size
Pre-pregnancy, 26-GG (I like a snug band). I have no idea what it is right now.
>Were you properly measured?
Yes, I went to a snazzy boutique.
>What is your general body shape like?
Hourglass. Not so much now that I have a fetus in me, though.
>Are you comfortable with costumes that most likely will draw attention to your chest?
Yeah, as long as I'm not at risk for a nip-slip.
>Do you do anything to your chest to make it more accurate for a cosplay?
I haven't had to yet, but I will be wearing sports bras to compress them a little in my next cosplay. I'll be cosplaying a male character, but there is chest armor that will mostly hide them.
>Would you say any of the attention your cosplays get has to do with your boobs?
Some of it, sure. It was on purpose, sort of, but I also don't mind keeping them covered.
I'm traveling to Japan this spring (mainly Tokyo) and I could totally go for tips on where to go and junk. Like yeah everyone knows to go to Angelic Pretty and Closetchild (yes this is a lolita trip)' what what are some great lesser known stores to visit? What awesome cafes and weird american food places are there? Any advice for traveling to Japan in general?
h.Naoto, Alice Auaa. Probably not your thing though.
>>8066573
Nope not at all! But this can be a general traveling in Japan thread.
Marui Annex? (0101) in Shinjuku has a bunch of stores including AATP, Baby, ETC, and AP. It was super fun to wander around in. Laforet in Harajuku is similar. The Closet Childs in Shinjuku and Harajuku were both good. There are lots of super cute accessory and clothing stores in Shinjuku.
I really recommend going to the food hall in the basement of the Isetan department store in Shinjuku. There were so many different food stalls serving everything from boxed lunches to pastries to super expensive fruits and traditional Japanese sweets.
If you want a nice quiet...

A-All of the above. We are going to out of state cons with another artist friend.
I will be experimenting with a new way of binding books to make them more accessible to all price ranges by cutting the time spent binding them. As well as a slew of other unique-to-AA items that I rarely see sold.
As for new art style, my partner who does mainly posters will be practicing a more lifelike style. We had comments from anons here that our previous works...

also, does anyone here table by themselves regularly and have any tips?
I'm a little smaller than the girl in the picture, looking to ease myself back into the fashion before I reach my goal weight.
Looking for inspiration, as well as some affordable options I can sell off when i'm done.
I know you all hate fatty-chans, but advice?
>>7967547
she isnt wearing lolita doe
>>7967547
She's not a Lolita. I don't mean this cruelly, but shes just so fat that it looks like she's wearing a petticoat
>>7967756
>>7967751
Sorry, as I said... not really into lolita anymore. I just grabbed a pic from google images.
My ~driimu~ is to one day make my own pretty princess sort of dress in a champagne colour, but the material would have a sheen to it. Is that acceptable in lolita? Once I lose enough weight to not look like a big, sparkly disco ball.
I recently started college, and I'm stuck with a weeaboo roommate. She's really nice, but, I guess she didn't grow out of her scene phase in high-school. I basically need to help this girl hide her power level before she kills me of secondhand embarrassment.
>has mint green extensions and messy scene hair

She honestly has a lot of good qualities about her but that power level. I'd rather have her than some basic bitch as a roommate.
I'm taking Japanese and I have to say that 70-80% of the class are weaboo. Some tone it down better than others but the outspoken ones do anime character gestures when they say anything in Japanese. I was expecting something like this when I enrolled but the second hand embarrassment is too intense.
A lot of weeaboos evolve into koreaboos.
Koreans are Murkaboos so it's a weird circle.
( ._.)
I didn't expect nigri to be capable of feels.
