Same.

I didn't mean to insult Hanako, as I said. I think she's actually a waifu material.

I'm a white knight, so I'd get the bad ending too if I wasn't following a walkthrough.

>>2610179
well then he'd get the bad ending if he followed his heart, anon
>>2610083
I don't understand how that would have gotten you the bad ending.
>>2610510
I know right? Inviting her to the city and asking Lilly for advice seemed like the logical options to me.
>>2610514
But you're getting the bad ending if you're not inviting her to the city after Lilly leaves.
>>2610516
I'm not the guy who got the bad end on his first play anon.
>>2610560
I never thought about that. You could masturbate in front of Lilly and if you're quiet enough she wouldn't know. This is a new degree of eros.
>>2610604
Do you REALLY think they wouldn't know? Really?
>>2610510
Well, as an overprotective piece of shit I'd ignore Lilly's advice.

I don't get it, what's going on in that comics?

Thanks Katawa Shoujo...
>>2612021
I think the good Hanako ending was well, pretty good.
>>2612120
They could've had better communication; MC could've admitted his feelings, or opened up to her sooner (prompting her to open up to him). She would've been hurt a lot less, wouldn't have been (sort of) forced into giving up the v, and could've entered a relationship sooner.
Hisao's constant restatement that he would protect her, as if she was helpless, rather than simply saying he cared deeply for her, wanted to help her, wanted her to be happy, etc. caused a lot of damage because of how negatively she viewed the protection thing. Hisao should've realized sooner just how much like her he was.
Also route could've gone longer. That's really my only gripe.
>>2612576
You're missing the point of the ENTIRE arc.
>>2612716
Enlighten me since I'm apparently so simple minded.
>>2612720
What you're complaining about was literally the fucking mindsets of both the characters, that's what the entire story was based around, you're basically saying "I think the storya nd the characters personalities should have just been entirely different.", the only complaint that means something pertaining to the actual story is it not being long, because it was the shortest path. Your first complaints are just you not liking the story it told.
>>2612576
>Also route could've gone longer. That's really my only gripe.
Everyone agrees on that, the alpha route and the sisterhood fic exist to remedy that a little.
>>2612742
It really didn't need to be much longer. The point got across fine in the ending, but seeing them interact as a proper couple for a small bit would have helped.
Sisterhood is a really good read, but the alpha was a step backwards.
>>2612739
No, my complaint is Hisao failed to understand himself and he simultaneously never pushed to understand Hanako despite complaining about it regularly. The whole protection thing crops up out of nowhere in, what, mid act 3? All 3 endings confirm it was something that bothered her, and considering every time he brought it up that her reaction would always be more negative than what she was displaying 5 seconds before (and he would even say in his thoughts that he felt like they were further apart again, every single time) makes him an idiot.
If he wanted to be closer to her, he should've tried to find more situations to do so, or asked her more about herself (not necessarily about her past). He knows how timid she is, and that he's the one who will have to make the first move, but he never tried to move things in any direction. Except for the good end, where he "opts out" by focusing on studying. Him being removed is what spooks her into coming to him, afraid she'll lose him if she doesn't.
>>2612742
I heard the alpha route still wasn't a...highly desirable outcome?
>>2612913
>The point got across fine in the ending, but seeing them interact as a proper couple for a small bit would have helped.
Right, that's what everyone wants, full catharsis after the climax.
"If he wanted to do this thing, he should have done this thing that he wouldn't have done, because it's out of character!"
Stating the protection issue came up awkwardly is fine, but the other statement is just you not agreeing with the characters actions because they're not logical or what you would have done.
>>2613179
The protection issue didn't really come up out of the blue. Even in the jazz club Hanako seemed concerned of being a burden to Hisao when he said he'll be there for her.
>>2613225
I wasn't the one stating that, but at least it's an agrument that can be made that actually matters to the story that one couldn't like.
>tfw hanako route wasn't longer and the sex & park was the only love ;_;
>>2613179
It's not out of character, it's out of bad judgement.
>you not agreeing with the characters actions because they're not logical
So you agree it was a bad choice.
>and considering every time he brought it up that her reaction would always be more negative than what she was displaying 5 seconds before (and he would even say in his thoughts that he felt like they were further apart again, every single time) makes him an idiot.
This
>>2613225 is what I'm saying. It was a dividing wedge, and anyone who payed attention could see that it was a bad choice of words.
And contrary to
>>2613179
>he should have done this thing that he wouldn't have done, because it's out of character!"
This
>he should've tried to find more situations to do so, or asked her more about herself (not necessarily about her past). He knows how timid she is, and that he's the one who will have to make the first move, but he never tried to move things in any direction.
is not out of character. He chooses not to do these because he views her as vulnerable and doesn't want to take advantage of her. That's why the protection thing was such an issue for her: she was seen as vulnerable and not an equal, and that meant they could never be together.
He only moves towards those actions in the good end once he stops seeing her as quite so vulnerable, and starts seeing her as an equal.
Perhaps a better summary of my "complaint" is that I wish he would've seen her as an equal sooner.
>>2613855
>I wish he would've seen her as an equal sooner
That still kinda falls into the "because they're not logical actions" he brought up though.
Why didn't he see Hanako as a equal sooner? Why didn't Hisao try to stop Lilly sooner? Why did he press so hard with Emi? All three lead to proper endings.
