New thread already?
>>2572366
I think OP confused the post count and the image count, because the previous thread wasn't at bump limit. It's been taken care of now.
>>2572687
That's why I asked, I was just going to let it slide so it wouldn't confuse anyone, but I'm really glad someone finished it.
Have you remembered to think about Lain today?
>>2573013
its very important to think about her. because she encompasses all in this universe. to forget her is to forget oneself.
Wrong tab. Sorry, Lain.
Wherever I go, I must also love.
what is love anyway? how can we assume love triggers the same chemical reactions in all of us? how can we even assume it does?
>>2576484
Lain is love, Lain is life.
>>2576484
What is love?
Lain-chan don't hurt me
Don't hurt me
No more
Let me post a better picture with double the Lain.
Lain is the perfect wife.
Another day, another post for the Lain shrine.
I still have no idea what SEL was bout.
>>2579305
Me neither. I actually didn't like the show, it's just Lain that I love.
I must keep the Lain thread alive. Maybe that's my purpose in life.
Hope this survives the night.
What if Lain was your wife?
>>2579594
>I actually don't like the show
>>2580669
And I don't have to. /c/ is for loving girls, not their shows.
>>2580727
To each their own I suppose.
As long as you love Lain you're good in my book.
I don't feel like posting a picture anymore.
>>2581582
Strange thing to say on an image board.
>>2581636
It's just the same thing over and over again. I know remembrance is important, but there's got to be a better way.
>>2582055
That makes sense, I really wish I could make something myself but I don't really have any talents.
>>2582216
I know that feel, seeing all those artists making awesome drawings, musics and whatever, and not being able to do anything.
>>2582216
My only talents are the ability to resist any and all motivation and being able to generate a 24/7 feeling of anxiety. Neither of which translates into real skills sadly.
>>2583651
Anxiety defines me.
I wish I could disappear like Lain did.
>>2583662
I wonder if this is a common trait among Lain lovers. I've always felt like I share something in common with them personality wise.
SEL acknowledges and deal with several topics in psychology, including escapism, reality, conciousness and communication. Its profound and abstract focus on these topics make the viewer relate to an analogously deep level, while other viewers may find the series boring or weird.
Its completely logical for us here to share many psychological traits, like the desire to escape or disappear from our responsibilites, or the unavoidable feeling of nothingness and lack of purpose.
Lain, if a metaphor, unifies us exemplifying many of these concepts and sensations. As we relate to her (even up to the point of idealization), we are relating to each other.
A shrink would be glad to analyze this beautiful niche little group of autists.
>>2584016
Don't forget suicide! Suicide is my favorite.
>>2584170
One should embrace the eternal escape from reality, not in the form of suicide or philosophical suicide, but in the form of acceptance of the absurd condition and utter, prevailing, full of conviction, meaningless passion.
>>2583462
Could you make a website, a program, anything computer related?
Perhaps an essay.
Perhaps just make sure that Lain is still discussed for many years into the future.
>>2583462
Staying still or complaining wont solve it. Read a book, watch a tutorial, there are many ways to learn a skill. And after that, practice. Every single day, or as often as you can. You will suck at first, but after some weeks, months, years, you wont suck that much, and someone may appreciate your work.
And remember, you only exist in the memories of those who recall you and your product. Be remembered, and you will exist forever. As the other anon said, keep lain alive and you will live forever with her.
I've spent one month away from the Lain board- now I have returned
>>2584765
Welcome back!
>>2584765
Lain is the CO of my heart!
>>2573013
>>2573046
How does it feel to literally be worse than Haruhiists?
>>2584821
You are the first person ever to make a shitpost in a Lain thread. Congratulations.
>>2584821
Please don't be rude.
What organization IRL would the Knights represent?
>>2586995
Knights of the Lambda Calculus probably.
>>2586995
>The Knights of the Eastern Calculus (often the Knights) is a group of pseudonymous, notorious and highly-skilled computer crackers.
The Legion of Doom maybe. This kind of group doesn't really exist anymore. 'Anonymous' et al. are just script kiddies, the real hackers of the 80s-90s have jobs as security consultants now if they're not in prison or dead.
>>2587230
If you're interested in the 80s-90s hackers Cyberia is a pretty fun read.
>>2587304
I'm only interested in Lain.
Lain inspired me to study computer science fifteen years ago. I think it's great that people still remember her. Let's all love Lain!
>>2587828
That's respectable.
>>2587847
I switched my major to computer science awhile ago and I love it so far.
Lain definitely played a part in it.
saving Lain thread.
>>2588998
Thanks!
Was out later than I expected.
This world is pretty hard to bear as no bear would in fact be Lain on a bear suit.
how many versions of "duvet" do you anons have stored?
i have the original and just a couple more drum n bass remixes
>>2589338
6.
Music video is the only one I've ever actually listened to, and I only listen to it when I want to bawl my eyes out, which is pretty much never.
I just can't bring myself to delete Lain stuff.
>>2589338
I think just 4 including the TV-sized version.
messages
Page 6 is probably safe, but just in case...
>page 7 in 8 hours
just fuck my board up forever
>>2591921
It's crazy isn't it?
>>2592021
It is indeed "cray cray" as the kids today say.
This is Lain. Do you see?
Lain.
New thread will be up in a bit.
