For the last 2 weeks I've been getting solicited by a tech start up in California to be a systems engineer for a retarded amount of money. I've talked to the CEO, some software engineers, the director of engineering, the CTO, etc etc and they've all been very pleased with me. I feel like I'm misleading them and don't deserve whatever interest or respect they might have for me.
I guess some context might help. I'm a 19 year old male and have previously been a systems administrator for an industrial pulp mill. I've got some pretty screwed...

cheer up man, im a borderline full fledged psychotic schizophrenic with extreme anxiety issues but i have never in my life been bullied or anything but liked and well spoken of. maybe find a qt gf if you dont have one or never have before, love is one of the most fulfilling things in life. youll find like i have that the more people you meet and the more you do for others the happier youll be. besides if these people need you and pay you well i dont see why you should feel weird about it. count your blessings and keep plucking that chicken.
also so are you working for that tech start up or just contracted? just go ahead and try to get them to bring you on board and if youre hired then you can ditch your old job.

The best revenge is a life well lived.
Just graduated high school and will be attending vocational school and later an apprenticeship to become an electrician. Electricians make decent money(50k med, 70k where I live) but I would like to have a side business for some extra cash flow. and ideas?

I tried applying for a Discover IT credit card online but was declined because of Collections or a Charge off. The only thing that comes to mind is a hospital bill I was charged $700 for. I was punched in the back of the head by a nigger, and went to the emergency room only to have a doctor tell me I needed an ice pack for the swelling to go down.
That was back in July of 2013. I know that the statue of limitations for these type of things is 7 years, this happened in Texas which only has 4 years. Now my question is will the charge off be removed from my credit report...

Is Vangaurd a good mutual fund holder to buy into? They seem to perform pretty well, have low fees, and offer a pretty broad amount of sector coverage (relative to available funds for purchase) for a $3,000 minimum.
So my thought is to go through Vanguard for my mutual fund desires and ATM, I'm thinking about going through Options House for my online service for strictly stocks.
Thoughts? Any input is appreciated, I've been upping my competency and market savvy with Edward Jones for a while, their...

Vanguard is arguably the best for index and mutual funds.
I haven't looked at Option House, but make sure you read about their fees and charges per trade.
Fidelity was like a flat $7 per trade a while back
>>1354115
OH is 4.95 flat transaction fee for stocks. I've been paper trading with them, their interface is alright, I might paper trade a few other joints. What is it like when you want to pull the money out of these places? Do they rape the shit out of you with outgoing cash fees if you go directly to a financial institution or get a non-overnight check?
>>1354119
Vanguard is very simple to move money in and out of and they don't rape you at all

So i'm 24 and i want to qualify for a cook. Planning on going to a cooking school. How is the job market and how's the pay? Is this a profitable route? I love food and already know how to cook some basic stuff so i think it's alright for me.

Since Britain decided to leave the EU, the continent needs a new financial capital inside the EU to replace London since London will no longer have access to the free trade zone and will no longer have any influence on EU economic policy.
European economists have identified the following features needed for a new financial capital: English-language facility, which is essential for attracting a global work force; a favorable regulatory environment, especially regarding employment; excellent transportation and communications infrastructure; availability of prime office...

Luxembourg, because why the heck not.
It's the tiny dot between the main EU nations of France & Germany, and it wants to mine asteroids.
Even better, make it Berlin. That way policy makers in Germany have a direct line to the main financial institutions of the continent
It either going to be Dublin or Luxembourg. Luxembourg has the world best financial laws and small enough to not have poor dumb shit people. Dublin is home to the a thriving corporate environment with a good tax rate that's been properly named the double Irish and Dutch sandwich.
