An employee of mine recently refused service to someone who didn't deserve not to be served. The person he refused works for another local business. I got a call from them telling me they'd be taking their business elsewhere from now on. I have since fired the person who refused service.

Just start your own company. Learn how to use a buffer and wax floors for churches or other small businesses once a week or month. Learn how to stain floors and refinish hardwood floors for people, or learn how to install them. Learn how to do taxes and offer tax filing for people. Businesses usually file quarterly so you can always find some small business to work for. Build or upholster high end furniture and sell to brokers that deal with rich people.
Are you good looking? I work at a night club as a bartender and only work 11-3am Friday and Saturday and make about 40k annually due to tips. I could find a second job during the week if I wanted.

What makes the bitcoin special is the fact that it's not tied to a bank or other organizations, making it impossible to track and centralize, make these your selling points. I live in Serbia in semi-capital city(500-600k poupulation) and I have 3 'businesses' from which I 'profit'
I own embroidery factory (income aprox 20-30,000$ a year profit)

Sell those discounts and perhaps you could also do some renovations or unique/cultural decors on your property to attract people, maybe have special events as well or outline the recreational opportunities closeby when staying at your hotel.
As for your business I would say make your liquidity budget for the next 3 years, income statement and decide how profitable it is and how profitable it is to just sell the whole shiz kebab and pay the loan off and walk off with the rest money you sold it for and continue specialized in the hospitality sector.
If you don't want to get rid of the business you should look how to minimize the costs first before looking how to maximize profits. Look at your overhead costs, salary costs and utility costs, maybe look into the logistics section of your businesses and see if there are more cheaper trade partners.

I could retire off of that much right now (barring taxes the sum may be subject to). With even a 4% return you'd see 20k a year, and that's enough to live on if it's just you. For me that would be living like a king. My advice is chuck it into an index fund and find something you enjoy to do for money as a fallback/to augment it. Really once you have that much as a single person though you should be set.
