So I live in Canada and I was doing some assignments for an Entrepreneurship class and I just found a bunch of grants for Canadians that they can use to start or buy a business.. Like, in total you can get over $100,000 just to "start" your business from different government agencies, as well as some government affiliated community agencies.
So, now that funding is there, and I have the capital to start, what are some simple easy to run businesses that I could start or buy?

and some leases are cheap as hell, and obviously have no maintenance fees.
see, I bought a 3k car, and spent 3k on it over the next few years.

People who buy dogs from breeders expect them to be the best of the best.
Expensive food, vet trips, supplies. Raising pups isn't a matter of feeding and cleaning. Those breeders make it their full time jobs because the puppies require massive amounts of attention of care.

I have the opportunity to buy a triplex in another state for the cost of a condo where I live. This would be a great opportunity to become fiscally independent but honestly I don't know the first thing about such ventures.

The seller is an acquaintance who is willing to wait. I don't have a down payment at the moment. I've looked into FHA loans for the state so I know what to expect for a down and closing costs. I do plan to either have myself or my mother live in one of the units while renting out the other two.
In the meantime I'm working on my debt to income ratio, having 3 months mortgage available in liquidity, and saving for the down+closing.
How's the location? You plan on renting it out?

I don't have this particular card, but 1% back on every purchase is not the greatest deal. Lots of cards do 2.5% cashback, Discover sometimes does periodic 5% cashback, and Amazon store card gives 5% back on purchases.

I Wear Your Shirt ended some time ago, it seems. The premise was that they would sell days of the year in which they would wear your shirt for advertising purposes. From all I can tell, the business went under because the owner simply didn't want to do it any more.
