So if you're high in the food chain next to salary you often get offered share options. How could one value these options?
If lets say, you get 24 million of share options, what does that say? How much would that actually be worth?
I think it would depend on what the exercise price is vs share price. So if you have an option to purchase 1,000 shares at $10 a share the value is $10,000. However if the stock price is $15 a share the value is $15,000.

How do gift cards work? When you buy an Amazon gift card and then use the funds off it to buy an item on Amazon how does the seller get the money? Is it just the same as paying them through a debit/credit card, or is there something different when a purchase is made using a gift card? Same with something like Steam or Ebay.
Amazon would take in money from the person who bought the gift card and then distribute that money when the gift card is used I'd assume.
From the business side, it's an unearned revenue. IE a liability. And when the person uses the gift card, they transfer the money they originally received to the seller of the product and thus the liability is gone.
It probably gets a bit more complicated than that considering Amazon fees and what not, but that's the basics of it.

you cant , wait until you have a steady income or there's really not much of a point, you won't make much of a return and your funds are safer in a savings account.
It's not worth doing. Keep your powder dry until you have 10-20k and make a good investment in the stock market or a small business or real estate. Investing with a thousand dollars means you're going to spend A significant amount of time just trying to cover your trading fees.

neither of those companies are reputable or reliable. trading retail binary options is one of the worst things to do with your money, because of how much you will get ripped off on the pricing of the options.

no problem. ive worked in the trading industry for a while, and products/services aimed almost exclusively at retail is almost always bad. now theyre not usually straight up scams but often have extra fees, either visible like for example very high commissions, or more hidden like a binary option priced extremely unfairly against the customer, because the customer doesnt know how to price options. this is especially common in binary option, forex and CFD/spread betting products. thats another reason why its so hard...

Wouldn't all you need be a personal sob story, and a pretty small starting budget?
Hell, you can get people to work for free, and pretty much any school will happily let your have a presentation about the charity, and youngsters wanting to make a difference will be more than happy to present, organize and collect funds for free.
I think every so called charity that goes beyond serving soup to the local drug addicts is a stealth for-profit. Its literally an industry.

Anybody else read this? I'm about 150 pages in, and I have to say that I'm digging it. There's some outdated advice and attitudes in this book, but there's also a lot interesting advice in here too. What I found most interesting, is that he does not drink at all. He goes to bars with people who drink in order to make connections, but he stays sober while everybody else gets drunk.

It's a book of anecdotes, but Trump is very effective at simplifying his process for the average American reader. Although it is impossible to relate to the extravagant deals this man has made, it is worth noting that he doesn't dislike company at the top. He basically says that if you were meant to do it, you would do it and you would realize your potential and not squander it.

It is very difficult because traders often sell in small chunks, if someone keeps buying the chunks they raise the price long before you buy a significant proportion of the total supply.
