mine is to have enough money to not do anything else for the rest of my life, just live like a king with nice cars decent houses and fucking sluts. I wouldn't get married, at least not before 50. Also, to have a reason to be a prick to everyone, and not give the slightest shit.
Live for my own memories and my closest friends and family's

Who is this jism djinn?
Will get 150.000€ from my dad in 2 years what to do with it then? Studying for 2 more years no loans and shit but I really don´t know what to do with the money then.
Start investing in retirement. The power of 72 is real. Government Bonds are the safest, w/ at least 21,250 euro you can invest with a HFT firm in the US.
I just got a construction job at a water treatment plant for $23/h. I'm 20 years old and planned on starting college for accounting in August. Should I just milk this job as long as possible and go to school later or should i just save up over the next 7-8 mints and go to school?
*months
Entry level accountants already make the same amount you're already making. So whichever you enjoy more I suppose. You're doing light years better than me man. I'm 20 as well working a shit job at 10/hr, and only have 17k saved up.
Milk it
with the cost of gas being so cheap is it smart to invest in oil? or oil companies, due to the inevitable increase? Or is global warming alarmist theories just bullshit?
Welcome to a fucking year ago holy shit have you checked the fucking catalogue? Everyone and their grandma is buying oil enough with the dumb questions on this board Jesus Christ

Hi /biz
so I've never posted before but I have learned quite a lot by lurking. You're a smart group of people.
I wanted to start an advertising agency, I have experience in marketing and my education is in neuroscience.
the general idea is to create extremely affordable bespoke propaganda for small businesses with different tiers of advertising modules. I can track the effectiveness or ROI and build on other modules like a lego building.
I'm hoping to use consumer psychology and neuroscience techniques to target niches and such.

How do you find opportunities to make money?
>>1053178
I have just read Kiyosaki "Rich dad, poor dad" and I am on my way to change myself.
And after that lecture I guess that your question is a little wrong, I would ask:
>how do you make opportunities to make money?
>>1053178
Find opportunities?

Don't know your feel OP. Sorry I'm not an idiot who wastes his (little) earnings needlessly.

He is probably living at home and has vary little to no expenses. I doubt he could live on his own with such a small income.
Hello, everyone.
I have an issue I would like to discuss.
Going to USA mid-March and right now looks like a terrible time for me to buy dollars (I am from the UK.
Should I wait for a while? Is there a chance I could exchange my GBP to another currency to then change to dollars? In the attempt to minimise loss?
Thanks in advance
Bump again!

What is your opinion on BitCoin?
What wallet do you recommend?
What are your tips with BitCoin?
It's nothing more than a waste of money
I don't know because I'm smart enough to not be involved in it.
Throw it away with bitcoin for all I care.
When /biz/ started it was FLOODED with crypto threads. As time went on more people realized it's all a crock of shit, and threads like this are more rare than they used to be.

Or they all made big money correctly investing in Bitcoin early and have no need to visit this board anymore.

Why does the stock market crash when the oil price crash? Shouldn't cheap oil mean an economic boom? Sure, it's bad for the companies that sell oil, but for everyone else, it means cheaper energy, transport, plastics etc, which again should mean cheaper components and manufacturing, and business should be thriving. So why doesn't this happen?
Because it is a larger indicator of things going sour, and much of the recent US boom was because of the succes of fracking, which is now loosing billions of dollars of value and the loand the companies have to pay back will bankrupt them
>>1052496
To some extent it does benefit the markets. Euro is doing well because of cheap oil because it is an importer

Hey /biz/ how hard is it to make it as a freelancer? I have wageslave-tier job but this was un purpose as it gives me time to focus on my writing.
Now, it's been six months since I've seriously pursued a freelance career but I have yet to make a single coin of it and it's starting to take it's toll on my finance (like I'll have to move to a cheaper house next week, but this is mostly because my roommates can't manage their money for shit so I'm parting ways with them).
I noticed a long time ago that the freelance "scene"...
