You can apply to Finance jobs that Finance grads do. It's really not much different. Very similar jobs.
Hey /biz/ can you guys please give me your opinions? I'm 21 years old and living on my own. I have about $17,500 saved up and am planning on saving for another year and reach as close to $30,000 as I can. My plan is to take that money and buy either a duplex or 3 unit building and live in one of the units. My question is, is the income from rent going to be worth it? Where do you live? That makes a huge difference.
For example, I'm in Australia, and buying a shitty little house would cost around $600,000, and give shitty returns.
Meanwhile in Texas, you can get a 3 bedroom house on a nice block of land for around $120,000, and charge about the same rent as teh 600k Australian house.

? That doesn't make sense. How does a paper w-2 make one impoverished? How does an online W-2 make one not impoverished? Almost all tax software has the option to do paper, online or both.
OP you NEED to get that W-2. They send one to the IRS too so they know exactly what the numbers should be and will cross check it with what you submit on your 1040.
However if you made less than say 40k they may decide it's not worth their time to audit you, but that's taking a very silly risk.
