I havent sold anything yet, just started this week. Ive bought about $200 worth of stuff i reckon will sell, just going off whats sold on ebay and whats listed on etsy. I think i will do well. But seriously though, one thing you can do if it's a small company is build something impressive to act as a kind of functional resume. I was in the same position a few years ago after graduation, bad grades but very technically capable. I designed and built a new type of inline robotic arm and just walked into the lobby with it and asked to speak to the hiring manager. I don't work at that place anymore but that was what got me going professionally

Look into what you can do to fix your grades, first of all. You might be able to retake some classes and boost your GPA. My university had a program like that.
