Which kind of clothes/cars/books/hobbies/etc. do well-off people buy and do? They don't have to be filthy rich, but they just have to be wealthier than most middle class plebs.
Wine.
They like to drink wine.
They like to drink expensive wine
They like to talk about how much they know about wine.
They try to ignore the fact that it's just grapes.

There's a whole book about your exact topic called The Millionaire Next Door
tl;dr they buy nice used cars, shop at kohls, and do things that give them pleasure and don't give a fuck about what is "in" or "looking rich". It's the people making $50k who really try hard to look rich and fuck up.
Wth is going on here? Whats the underlying reason this poopcoin soared so much in the last few days. Is China pumping this?
>>1089077

>Apply for data analysis job
>Get interview
>No idea what I am doing
Could somebody please explain to me what data modelling is?
>>1088364
analyst is a vague and broad term that has no real meaning other than being a general title for white collar work at a low level, much like "worker" or "laborer"
you could be doing just about anything from data entry to advanced mathematical modeling depending on the company and division
>>1088364
You take data, and then you model it
>>1088384
What does modelling it mean?
What did the banks have to gain from giving out mortgages to people who couldn't even pay them back?
Also why do people blame the Fed? From what I've read they did a pretty good job preventing shit going south during the crisis.
>>1086510
Because if a bank gives out a $150'000 mortgage, they expect to earn at least double that in interest payments over the next 20-30 years.
The problem is defaults and applicants weren't properly vetted for this.
>>1086510
>What did the banks have to gain from giving out mortgages to people who couldn't even pay them back?
Nothing, the government forced them to.
Also the extremely low interest rates from the federal reserve was the main reason for the boom.
>>1086519
Elaborate
Do astrologists make any money?
Seems like something i could get myself into
Would you rather civil servant or free market job?
Provided hours and pay is the same.
civil servant should be the answer for everyone, guaranteed job security and you can fuck around all day and you will never get called out for it because everyone else is doing the same thing. the main disadvantage of working for the government is the pay and career progression can be slow, so if the hours and pay are the same it's a no-brainer.
>>1089071
This desu senpai. The premise of your question undermines the private sector. Unless you're some fuckin' hippy who cares about dress code/workplace culture/free perks/etc.
>>1089066
Obviously public sector. If options are the same choose less stressful one familia.
I've developed a 3D printed plastic part that fixes a common issue for certain cars at a much cheaper price than the dealership alternative.
I'm sure people will want to use it, but how should I go about marketing it?
So far I've decided I'm going to post a tutorial on Youtube demonstrating how to DIY it, using my product rather than the OEM part. It's a simple fix that almost anyone could do.
Other than that I thought about maybe shilling for it on some automotive forums.
Thanks in advance
Pls

>plastic part that fixes a common issue for certain cars at a much cheaper price than the dealership alternative
Can you be more specific? I'm just curious.
I mean, almost anything is cheaper than the dealership alternative. This is why auto parts stores exist! When I read about your 3D printed part I started thinking of at least a hundred car parts!
>>1087420
Its not out yet, and would be really easy to steal. I don't think it really matters what it is. Just a small plastic component that works in the electrical system.
>be polish janusz
