False dichotomy. You seem to think that the existence of stock picking idiots must mean that you can take advantage of them by getting better deals, profiting from their dumb trades. However, everyone trades at market price. That's not the mistakes that stock pickers make.
The mistakes are (a) timing, and (b) fees.
Fees are pretty obvious, and you can't profit off them without opening your own brokerage or advisory firm.
TIming is more subtle, but it goes back to the fact that you cannot beat the market. The market, by definition, is buy-and-hold....

So I'm thinking about launching a Spotify for accessories (wristbands) that will specifically target one EU country (my home country).
I am going to buy products from aliexpress branded with my logo and then sell and ship them in my home country. I'm not going to create a company yet since I'm just experimenting in the beginning, if sales seem to be good I will found a company for this venture.
Are there some legal aspects I should consider before launching like trademarks etc.? Or can I just start doing this on a small scale without giving much...

Invest in US markets, they are depressed due to China/Oil right now. I was considering putting money in JPM, but I got fucked with how much it went up.

This earns you more money.
Doing heavy lifting, or manual labor is considered "unskilled" labor.

It's far more likely that you're just in business doing something which either:
1) there is no market for
2) there are far more established players and so you have little to no marketshare opportunity.
I'd suggest really carefully evaluating what you bring to the table before jumping into another venture. Basically, if you can't sell the idea to venture capitalists, you probably won't be able to sell it to consumers either.
