What is the best business major to go into?

I would do Finance and Accounting double major (this is god-tier if you go to a good school and want to work in the finance sector or open your own business).
Mathematics, Engineering, and CS is viable for working in finance too.

So as you may or may not know, Colorado has been inundated with transplanted people since the beginning of 2014. As a result, the housing/rental market is wildly inflated. Can any COfags (or anyone I guess) bring insight into what kind of event would precipitate a housing market crash or people leaving in droves? I'd look into a platform to market it first of all. Most big name companies like apple and steam take a 30% fee from your game per purchase, and requires a one time payment for a green light licenses.

Exactly. Tell the people who need a website that you're skilled in making websites and you can make them one. Once you get an agreement you tell your other friends that you will pay them $X amount (25-50% of what you're getting, or less if you're a jew) to build a decent website.
You're friends who know how to build sites will ask why you need such a site, just say it's for your uncle or something.

Your best choice is, do whatever you like, but while doing so, start learning how to make websites yourself and try to work with the said ppl, eventually you will have few clients and can form small company with your friends that can make sites or something, thats what I did 7 years ago, sometimes I work just alone, but mainly on small/private/own...

so I'm planning on creating a fashion product that uses images of copyright work. Without revealing too much, I'll use DBZ as an example.
How are businesses legally allowed to sell Dragon Ball Z merchandise without receiving a licenses or approval to do so from it's content creators? Would incorporating the cartoon's images on a t-shirt constitute fair use?
Anyone with experience regarding copyright law or a similar scenario?
