Any of you do affiliate marketing for Amazon or any other company? Should I get into this?
If you don't know what is affiliate marketing, it's really simple. Amazon has a product, you advertise that product on your website, and if someone uses your link to buy that product you get a cut. 5-15% usually.

I'm working on a site intending to add affiliates, but I'm not yet there. I can tell you the results in a year or three.
Or you could just get started like me.
>investing in this literal pile of shit
I have no idea why somebody would continue holding the site.

If you bought in at 15, you should've already taken profit and should be seeking to start getting back in under 15.
Has anyone done Capsim and do you have any hints/tricks?
I'm in a class where our grade depends on our position in the competition.

shit sucks
get a group full of people who don't understand anything at all, they're just pissed they have to meet outside of class ("I gots shit tuh do! I be working fo' jobs n sheeit!")
actually, i can't think of a better way to simulate the real world. forget the arbitrary product marketing and whatever other horseshit. incompetent and unwilling coworkers who you have no choice but to interact with is the real simulation here

We get it, ISIS, you're broke. Go back to raiding oil fields.
I'm looking for the best books out there on personal financing, investment, and wealth growth. Got any good suggestions, biz?
No get rich quick shit, either. I mean using a lifetime to invest wisely and build wealth. So I'm working with decades of time here no risky shit.
Also, I'm interested in great books on business/finance in general.

>get rejected by normalfags because I'm not a normalfag
>got an email yesterday
>confirms that they'll pay over $400 worth of my (legitimate) travel and hotel expenses
Kek, take that neurotypicals. PS4s all round lads!
What is a "normalfag", does not being one mean you are mentally ill?
What are the ethics surrounding animal testing?
people are animals.. suffering and death are all around every life form all the time... if you have extra energy (& money) to think about other species, then you're a member of a lucky species.
knock yourself out caring about shit but don't get butthurt some of us are just trying to carve out a living
Legally, it would be morally good to test chemicals with unknown effects on babies, with a permission form from the parent or guardian, before we test it on animals.
de facto
do you believe suffering is necessary
do you believe in sacred souls, and do animals have sacred souls.
If someone offers to pay for something in business context are you supposed to refuse it? A business associate I let them pay five hundred, and now feel guilty.

Yes it would probably be a good idea.
Im only 19 yr old and my life goal is to own a nightclub. What can i expect and how much will i have to invest in? I have some really good ideas but im not the richest guy in the city soo... anyone have some good advice or anything that might help me in the future?
With all of the licensing that you need these days it's just not worth it anymore.
Instead, I'd recommend just sucking dicks like the rest of us. The logistics alone are a far simpler affair to manage.
Nightclubs are really only good for laundering money. You have to deal with drunk people, gangs, drugs and the occasional stabbing/ shooting. Its a shitty business life.
If your really still really dedicated set up something up start with a restaurant (with liquor license) and slowly start expanding your empire. Night clubs often have to be rebranded and the renovations to make them trendy are very expensive. You will want to be able to rent out the club to people for private events during the day and running a restaurant out of part of it would be smart as well.
I am looking into investing into a business to improve profit.

Story time, and looking for insight.
So for the past 8 years, my father has been building a business from the ground up. This business deals in machines that melts down tires, and refines them back into their basic components, which he sells. He's spent probably around a few million getting it started, getting the machines working, getting worked over by investors, and finally the machines are in their final stages of completion, and his dream is coming into fruition.
Recently, the company CAT has shown interest in buying the machines for melting down tires...

Also, our family hasn't been in a great spot for the past 4-5 years either. All of our money has gone into getting the machines to work, and I've had to get a part time job while going to college for a software engineering degree, so the money he'd get from selling out would take us out of our depression, and be able to pay off the debts he owes, and then more than enough to make more machines, which will continue to expand in growth.
We're just trying to weigh out the...

How much does E & O insurance typically cost? I'm starting a small business and called a few places and get nothing but the run around.
It varies depending on a bunch of factors. What field you're in, how much business you conduct in dollars, location. Not sure why you're getting the run around. Any decent agent should be able to provide you a quote in a day or two. I pay $600/yr for $3,000,000 in coverage. But I'm very low risk. YMMV
