Nothing yet, looking for ideas. Have 800€ spare money this month.
Hey/biz/ how do I get rich starting with $10,000 in order for me to fund my own paramilitary organisation that seeks to end ALL war and conflict through the use of superior force?
What kind of budget do you think I will need?
I also want to avoid going to universities because they're too slow and corrupt to fund advanced research into anti gravity propulsion devices and plasma particle weapons.
Also if you have any ideas for secret locations where I can build my own research facilities I'm listening.

thats why I'm asking how do I become a billionaire starting with just $10,000 to fund my masterplan

Just remember the basics of CQC
What are your dreams /biz/? Realistic ones.
I've always wanted a cabin in the mountains. I'm thinking of Tennessee since it's not far from my home and it's one of the cheapest states to live in.
>My dream house
3 bedrooms 2.5 bath finished basement wood heated chef's kitchen at least 1,500 square feet home. Preferably log cabin but not required.
At least 10 acres of land adjacent to a National Forest for hunting.
Secluded and mountainous. I don't want to see my neighbors, even in the Winter...

Nice thread idea - good luck with your goals.
I cba to type out my long term plan but would be interested in seeing everyone else's.
I have similar dreams to you OP
I want 2 properties and a driverless car to get between them/get my kids to school
Main property is a small acreage in the countryside with its own lake, at least 3 hours from a major city
I would build 3 structures right on the lake, a large main house with privacy for the kids, a 2 story outbuilding for myself with a gym/workshop on the ground floor and an office upstairs, and a third building that can accommodate maybe half a dozen guests comfortably.
Second property is a minimalist 1br right in the heart of the city that I can use on the weekends or...

I've been predicting 0.0400+ for the past week, and i still think that's going to happen by the 14th.
>>1140199
what's up with the 14th that everyone keeps mentioning?
I wanna convert more but it just doesn't feel good going over 0.025
Hey guys. I'm kind of in a weird place in my life. I have a job that pays pretty well, ~100k pre-tax, and I am good at it so far, but I don't really like it. I'm trying to decide whether to stay in my current situation and work for 10+ years before retiring or to look for another job immediately.
Chances are that the next job I take would pay less than my current job, unfortunately.
I am keeping my costs of living low, can afford to max out the 401k and IRA, and still have some left for paying my student loans (~78 k remaining)
>>1140152
Ride it out. Work your job to finish paying off your student loans, maybe even get a mortgage for a home. Once you have it all settled, then you can worry about a crisis.
>>1140157
Loan forgiveness is an option if I stay where I am for 10 years, which is another plus.
My dismay in the morning and the incessant unpaid overtime is the primary minus.
Any miner fags here? Been able to generate a good amount of ether over the week.
Is there anything similar to BAMT but for mining ether? too lazy to recompile for ethereum but I want to get some headless dedicated miners going.

ethosdistro dot com
>>1139893
>ethosdistro
they charge for it.
Anyone know if this AntMiner thingy can mine Ethereum, and if the listed hashrate applies to Ethereum? And if it is profitable or a good/bad idea in general?
Is it useful for mining any other coin profitably?
HOW THE FUCK DO I BUY ETHEREUM BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE???
I set up my Kraken account and can directly purchase Eth on there with US dollars, but I can't figure out how to make a wallet and store ETH securely. Anyone know?
Did you take even five seconds to Google your problem? You get an official wallet from the Ethereum website.
>>1139687
Thanks m8. And Kraken is secure and everything? I've never bought cryptocurrency before besides bitcoin so I apologize.
>>1139689
The transaction itself is secure enough. Just don't actually keep any crypto on it and you'll be fine.
Why isn't /biz/ making stacks the semi-D_E_V_I_L_I_S_H way?
>Obtain serial for product(sometimes don't need one)
>Call up company
>Tell them product failed for whatever reason
>Sound upset
>Get replacement
>Sell it on ebay or whatever
Why aren't you guys doing this? You do know some companies will literally send you replacements no questions asked because...

Well?
Are you betas even trying to make money?
You don't honestly think you can make money investing with your <$50k savings, right?
You need to do something like this to build up your cash reserves before you get started my boys.
>>1139542
You have to send in broken product 99% of the time.
Have you even tried this?
Got a job as a product puller at a big grocery distribution center.

I have a friend who got 7 million inheritance from a trust from his grandfather. I know this isn't huge money but he's never worked since graduating college 4 years ago and owns a house.
I don't want to ask him, but just to estimate, because he does complain about being broke which gets on everyones nerve, what would you want to be withdrawing from that if you are about 27 and want to make it last til death, 75 or so. I'm guessing like 40k a year after taxes? Any thoughts?
>>1139481
It is huge money, though. It's not just a small loan of 1m Dollars. It's solid money.
Put 5m into vanguard at 4% and live comfortably for the rest of your life
>>1139484
Definitely, but it's not enough to fund a lavish lifestyle for the rest of his life, especially since he majored in the liberal arts and has no lucrative skills to add to it nor the business acumen to invest it in real estate or something to make more money, and will have even more trouble entering the workforce after 4 years of basically watching tv and reading comics. I've asked him about the investment strategy but he seems pretty clueless and other people handle it, he just cashes the checks each...

Why don't we literally build new societies from scratch? I mean cities with homes for everyone, automated farmins, shops, etc.
because the majority of humankind is a burden on the minority
>>1139356
I mean, most cities has old infrastructure, which has more maintainance cost.
>>1139356
I think you got it backwards, but whatever. Obviously humanity ain't ready yet.
Is $10 million enough for you to retire? Is it a good end game target?
>>1139267
Its just good enough I guess.
Im shooting for 20 million.
sounds about right
10mm is good
I don't think I'd need more than 20mm :3
Hey fellow Ebay sellers! How's the month going? Holy shit Feb sucked dick for sales.
Veterans/noobs welcome. Share some ideas/protips.
I've started photographing all shipments along with the tracking information. Saved my ass when I shipped out 3 big products but only uploaded one tracking number and the guy claimed he only received 1 item of the 3. Sent him the remaining two tracking numbers showing they were delivered before he filed his claim. Currently waiting on his response but I've already called Ebay and informed them about it.
>>1139227
>Sent him the remaining two tracking numbers showing they were delivered
That was a dumb idea, should've let him open up a case so he could get banned AFTER you proved him wrong.
Now he's going to continue scamming people...
>>1139236
He opened a case against me for a refund stating he never received all the items.
>Get message about case being open against me and demanding a refund
>Apologize for not uploading all the tracking information, upload them, and state "it seems all three items were delivered successfully before you filed this claim"
>Call Ebay and they said to let him respond but they will mark his account.
I...
