>What is the most important human skill in today's world?
The capability to learn.
While it sounds simple, it's the most crucial skill of all.
The ability to persuade and sell.
Put all your experience points in charisma.

Being impervious to death.
Hey, noob question, but what does pumping and dumping a stock mean?
It's just like with women. You pump them then dump them.
fair enough
>>1223556
yeah but you don't tell all your friends how good a fuck the chick you are pumping is and then dump her retarded ass in their laps.
Why does biz have no respect for Robert? He did it with no connections and poor parents. Compare to mark Cuban who only did it since he grew up rich and had Jewish connections. WAY less impressive.
I actually like Robert, he's the only nice guy on shark tank.
A FUCKING LEAF
>>1223475
Who says /biz/ doesn't? Well, at least, I respect him. His parents were working class so he didn't dare to dream big earlier in his life. Even though he has money, he still has the feel of a common man. Wasn't he a stay-at-home father at one point? Anyway, Mark Cuban says a lot of shit that he, himself, doesn't follow. One of them was don't start a business with a loan (which is exactly what he did when he got a loan from a friend to open up his bar).

Quick: someone steal this stupid millennial's idea
https://youtu.be/5SlKRt6hs_I
An idea is only worth as much as its implementation and how its marketed. I guarantee none of you will make this.
>>1223413
If you're suggesting this is even a halfway good idea, you're just as retarded as he is. You must be a millennial.
so uber for 'tour guides'?
how about uber for sucking dick, and boipucci?
hey, didn't know if this is correct place to post but.
i hate my job and want to go back to school. i figure i'm good enough at what i do now to start my own business and i know i'd make just as much money as if i got a good paying job in another field but i just am sick of it.
all that being said i goofed off in high school and college and drank beer, smoked dope and partied my ass off for 8 years. now i want to do something more challenging but i don't have the highschool prerequisites for a stem program. how do i get into university if i'm...

Go back in time and don't be a fuck up
Seriously though, the grass is always greener.
>>1223284
well.... barring time travel do you know if someone can take high school courses after they graduate?
also are you suggesting i shouldn't bother and just start my own business instead?
>>1223287
yes you can take night classes or maybe summer school
This seems like easy money. Why is it a bad idea?
>>1223264
cause you're a fucking idiot
>>1223288
Not OP, but can you explain? Whether by shorting them at their peak or buying into the pump and dump stock and then getting out before the crash, there has to be ''some'' way of making money off of those scams.
>>1223302
Low liquidity means no shorting. Also, the stock can pump for long enough forcing you to buy in at a high price. Google "short pump and dump", plenty of good reading on Quora.
TL;DR: It's like playing a game of cards with a crooked dealer, you can't win.
What bank has your money /biz/?
BB&T.
They're alright.
>>1223255
Deutsche Bank. It's okay I guess
BMO lmfao
Let's play a game /biz/.
Tomorrow, I will give you a 400 acre plot of land and 100 000 (onehundredthousand) dollars. I want you to give an idea of how you could make money off that land with that money.
The idea that seems the most lucrative overall wins, and the /biz/man gets an ego boost.
Get at it boys.

Lets say hypothetically every student in the USA simultaneously refused to pay back their student loans, what would happen and how can I profit out of it?
get a loan and don't pay it back
>>1223103
I'm fairly sure they've sold that loan money as bonds, so.. maybe you could short the bonds?
they would put them all in prison to stamp license plates for $0.02/hour
Explain in 100 words or less what 'debt' is

It's a financial claim a third party has on you.
Spending money that's not yours

So I make a significant amount of money mining bitcoin.
I have to pay capital gains taxes every time I sell bitcoin for cash.
I was wondering, if I get a bitcoin debit card that automatically debits bitcoin from your wallet for cash, do I have to pay taxes?
>>1222980
how do you mine? cloud mining? own rig at home?
>>1222980
why not just mine it and instead of selling with that account send it to an alt one then sell it.

Hey /biz/ I have a little over 22 grand to do stuff with. What are some ways I can turn it into 40 grand in a year? Anything with out a high risk, 20 grand is a pretty big chunk of change for most people, but I think if I can maybe consolidate a plate it would be worth investing in something. Any advice would be very helpful.
If all else fails I will invest in knee pads.
Give me $1000 and I'll get you a big name US bank account with an 11.05% interest rate.

Hey /biz/, if you lose all your gains you made over the course of the month in one day, do you normally hope it bounces back the next business day or cut your losses and run?
>>1222951
In stocks, if it wasn't clear.
I keep dumping everything in until it turns back around.
