Hi, biz. For anyone in STEM. What do guys think of social science majors? Would you make good friends with one of them. Would you ever think to even get to know a women and gender studies major? I don't have anything against any students because of what they major in so what are your thoughts?

Hello, I'm a 19 year old student who works 20-30hours/week as a barman. For my job I have a Seiko Cocktail Time, right now I'm wearing a pretty beaten Tag Heuer Sport Elegance, which I've never been a fan of (my granddad gave it to me) Anyway I've considered buying an Omega Seamaster Aquaterra 42.5mm, Automatic. Stay away from online shit. A lot of these things are really just businesses that you have to run, and they don't really qualify as passive income.
I just do real estate and dividends for passive income. It's not online but it is legit.

With the rise of online shopping, malls seems to be slowly getting phased out. Do you think there will ever be something to bring Malls back together as a social hangout for teens and early twenty-somethings? Will they even be financially feasible to open within the next 10 years?
I feel they could manage if more entertainment venues were placed within them -- pic related here has limited theatre, but I'm thinking places with bowling alleys/arcades/whatever implemented into their design might still manage.

I live in the memphis area. Only two or three malls for around 700,000+ people total. Several malls have closed, and even when I go, I can catch large crowds, but no bags. People seem to just go windowshopping for things they'll order online later.

upscale, outdoor shopping areas featuring ambiance is still in vogue.

I can see shopping malls being replaced by office parks, where instead of Nordstrom and Foot Locker you would have a myriad of businesses: accounting firms, law firms, other office type jobs.

So I have a conference call every Wednesday for my company’s volunteer chapter with a bunch of the older big wigs and the topic of the call is usually something to the effect of, “why are 90’s kids so lazy and never show up to our volunteer events unless we offer to pay them.” I usually sit quietly but this time I’m going to try to go with a “we grew up in a much tougher economic time than you guys did, so we don’t have time for your unpaid bullshit” angle.
