I need some help figuring out how to pay my student loans - I have 9 separate loans all of varying principal and rates. On top of that, half of them are in two of my parent's names as I needed Parent Plus loans to cover tuition. I have been looking for a financial adviser but can't seem to find one who would work short term. What is the best way to approach this, is there good software or a company to get financial advice from? My loans total around 60k and vary in size from $900 to $20,000, and I make about 60k a year.

Recently my grandmother passed and her home is being sold. I'm one of three heirs and will he receiving a decent amount of cash from the estate.
Nothing is final and I am expecting around 60,000-70,000 USD.
What do I do with it? How do I invest to make the most out of it? No memes please. Serious responses appreciated.

If you don't know what you are going stick to the basics. Cheap broad index etfs. Less risk than stock picking and cheaper ( usually) than mutual funds.

It's not wrong, it's just a massive oversimplification. Banks could also charge fees on top of just the loan. The real money value of the loan also fluctuates due to inflation.

ask your professors desu. my personal understanding, and im no expert on this, is a lot of large banks are cutting down fixed income desks and there is, as you said, not much happening in this field. but finance is quite cyclical so that could very well change in a couple of years.

the program is just the interface of a brokerage.

you still have to hold the stocks to receive dividends, so you are still exposed to the risk that the stocks go down.
