Greetings to all fellow /biz/antynes, my purpose here today is to enlighten all of you first worlders.
I'm about to go beg the jew for money and a low interest rate, but all of you faggots who have capital(and live in a sunny place with cheap land) should consider getting big loans or spend your fucking money and starting a solar farm.
Why? - 140%safe investment, ~15% roi,
I am basing this on chink panels though, so my question is: are chinks loyal to warranties?
im no shill, but i dont see why these arent everywhere?
anyway, blame yourselves...

No thanks

>(lives in a sunny place)
only liquid here
its not only availability of sun, but also if the government actually pays you extra for energy to the grid, like in poland or japan
plus, the chinese wont install the panels
so unless you are a cheapskate faggot who likes to waste personal time on menial hand labor, you will order panels and installation from a local company, and warranty will be provided by them
What does /biz/ think of $VMEM?

How hard is the Series 7 exam? I'm studying for it right now to become a stockbroker. I'm worried I may not pass the exam. I got my master's degree in engineering. I know some stuff about the stock market in general as I've bought stocks before for my retirement account.
>>1282405
Why do you want to be a stockbroker?
>>1282405
You could be making 100k+ easy with solid job security, oppose to totally commission based non secure job.
Plus, the furfillment of being a salesman is much less than that of someone who actually solves problems.
>>1282413
I think it would be a fun job. I like the stock market.

>You could be making 100k+ easy with solid job security, oppose to totally commission based non secure job.
I liked learning engineering, but I can't see myself working in the field. Passion died. Sometimes, you have to go with Plan B. Besides you don't start out with a 100k+ job out of grad school. Jobs aren't easy.
Hi /biz/, fa/tg/guy here.
Who do you guys consider the greatest businessmen/woman of all time? Not just modern, but of any age.. and any culture.
I'm looking for inspiration in rolling the most greedy, pernicious and oily bastard disguised as a generous but obsequious older priest/merchant. A true believer in "fair trade".
I like Edison, because everyone remembers him as an inventor when really his genius was in marketing and ruthless business tactics. But I'm not cultured when it comes to business.
Rockefeller.

Well I'm gonna do the real test now. At least I will have the weekend to rethink my life.
Would it be worth it to torrent and study CFA materials? Yes I'm already working through /biz/ recommended books.
I'm a statistician and I want to get started in trading / developing strategies / algorithms /etc. I'm happy with my career choice so I don't need the actual credential per se, but would it be worthwhile to study? Of course I'll skip the dumb sections.
That's a big stack

Some anon had experience with these miners? Are they good?
>>1282102
I mined Bitcoins for a couple of months last Summer. My advice: don't bother. You're fighting an uphill battle as the network difficulty increases and you'll be lucky if you get a return on your investment. Also, Bitmain's supposedly releasing a new miner soon, which will surely make matters even worse as they deploy them in their own farms and the difficulty spikes even higher. It's much easier and less risky to trade Bitcoins/Altcoins. Only mine if you anticipate a steep rise in the value...

yes it is the 6th largest crowd funded project of all time, but if anyone fucking knew the answer to the question you asked, they'd be psychic and therefore, extremely fucking rich. What a fucking retarded question. Not to be harsh, but when the fuck have you got a reliable answer about the future value of anything?
Just buy it and make the ico investors some money phaggot
>it's a graduate interview where you were asked BS questions and the whole thing was a box ticking exercise but they still rejected you for God knows what reason episode
reee. I wasn't even nervous or any of that. I gave them what they wanted in term of answers.

How viable is it to sell this wholesale stuff on ebay? I've heard a lot of different things from friends and I live in London so I worry the online market here would be oversaturated and I'd be stuck with a lot of stock clogging up my house

Hey guys. So after years of being a NEET I finally got a decent job and I'm looking to end my family's long tradition of not investing and being poorfags.
I've read a couple books on the matter, but they didn't cover the following questions:
-What do you recommend to buy stocks online? I am outside the US so I can't really do it face-to-face.
-Are cryptocurrencies a good bet?
-Feel free to add other general tips for a newfag
Thank you for your time.
Also, I'm fully aware that this will require work and and I won't get rich overnight.
>so I can't really do it face-to-face.
Who was the author of the book you read? Dr Seuss?
