Discussion time. I have ideas for businesses that require websites, I also have an idea for an app. Now that alone might make you want to just stop reading but hear me out, I am a sales and advetising expert, I make shit happen, but I can't code for shit and I don't want to make the mistake of trusing a free lancer, so, I want to contact an old friend to be a co founder. That would mean splitting the profits but it would be another brain in on the team and someone to code for free initially. What do you think?
What's stopping you? Lol
Post your product idea. I can not sell shit anyway.
Tech co-founders are extremely hard to find. What do you have to offer to make them give up a 6-figure starting salary right out of college from Google or Facebook?
>And then I said "Just buy the s&p, it ALWAYS goes up!"
Pretty much.
it does though. even 2008 didn't hurt it that much
>>1316888
And then I said "Let's sell the idea that investing is for suckers, and the smart money is trading crypto with Robinhood!"
So /biz/, I just inherited about 100,000k. What do? One year of school left, gonna have about 10 k to pay back in loans. Other than that I'm debt free, with a shitty low paying job...pic unrelated
You inherited $100,000,000?
Sell Eth by trump.

What do you think you owe your parents?
I don't owe them anything. I told them tonight by the time I'm 30 I will take every single penny they've earned from them for treating me how they did for 20 years.
I will not help them at all and the moment I'm finished college they are dead to me, I will never speak or have anything to do with my family the day I graduate, I'll never ever speak to them after that day.
>>1316767
You're going to sue your parents?
>>1316767
butt blasted lil boy?
>>1316767
I owe them gratitude for putting me through college. Even if they're retarded you probably do too.
What's the point of studying and working if ill never get rich?
Seems retarded to work so hard for many years just to earn a pitiful $80k/yr earning mr shekelberg a new yacht?
how many threads do you need? jesus dude, chill
>>1316758
There's no point working these days, the economy is complete shit
>>1316758
>he thinks only one person has this opinion
Is all of this just luck? there doesn't seem to be much skill in trading just having the knowledge and being at the right place at the right time...
That's life
>>1316584
thread ended here
>>1316581

Hey /biz/, looking to get into the stock market. What kind of software do I need to be able to do this?
Do what

>>1316508
Buy stable shares, I suppose, just want to get some experience now while I'm young
>>1316502
>looking to get into the stock market
(munches popcorn)
>Vanguard rapes you with $20 annual if you don't have 10K in the account
>Robinderp doesn't have mutual funds
is that for taxable accounts in vanguard?
you need $10k for admiral/advantage funds anyway
you have no reason to open a brokerage account if you cant scrounge up 10 grand, niggus maximus
Just gamble your money until you have 10k or are broke.

Worth to buy?
Ok thanks.
litecoin has no use its just hanging on there
It's a decent intermediate before transferring to another coin or to hold on to during times of imbalance.

Hey /biz/, I just finished watching this Last Week Tonight episode with Oliver talking about how bonds and index funds are the best long-term investments and to stay away from financial advisors and annuities. Now I'm completely new at this and this is my first time visiting this board, but how the hell do I get started on this shit?
>>1316385
IT IS ABSOLUTELY THE CURRENT YEAR. John Oliver doesn't understand that post-2008 a monkey could have thrown darts at stocks and picked winners. This is because of larger macroeconomic issues involving the Fed, corporate bailouts, etc.
> and to stay away from financial advisors and annuities
No fucking shit. Unless you're above 105 IQ, stay away from these fags. Though, someone with this low of an IQ wouldn't have very much earnings anyways.
>>1316393
Meant "unless you're below."* Whatever.
The general idea is that if you do not want to get into investing yourself, and plan on holding for a long time, then Index funds are the best.
How do I become an accountant with no experience or education?
It REALLY depends from which country you are from. In some (USA) you can get a Bachelor if you want, and then sit the exam; in others (mainly EU countries) you NEED the Bachelor+Master and then a state exam...it might be very lucrative in the long term, but it ain't gonna make you rich any time soon.
>>1316373
I've heard of accounting jobs that don't require a bachelor's. I have no problem making $10-12 starting out.
>>1316378
In which country are you? I might be able to give you some info (thought about becoming an accountant too some time ago) knowing which country interests you - note tho that my info are mainly related to Italy/Eu countries (Itafag here).
So let's say I buy 1,000 shares each of DOA and Trump Coin.
Trump Coin: .02 X 1,000= $20
DOA: .11 X 1,000= $110
That's a $130 investment.
>Lowfuckingrisk
If these make it back up to 1$ at the least or more, why the fuck should I not be buying them?
>>1316348
>0. 02btc of trump
Pleb tier. Even if it goes up 5x you only made $100. That's barely enough to afford kneepads.
>>1316359
m-meaning it's not going to the moon?
But fucking seriously, you have half of /biz shilling this shit. Isn't it going to increase at least some?
>>1316380
I hope so. I ignored the ether shills.
Just bought 0.04 btc worth of trump, I planned to buy a lot more but fucking coinbase limits you to $40 via debit card.
Is this the only coin in history whose ICO investors actually lost money?
>>1316328
>he didn't anticpate this happening through SKEW, VIX, and USD/CNY
>>1316328
>implying I didn't make a 3% return when I sold it
>>1316337
what? never heard about it
