So, I don't want a whole lot of money. If I can have a small apartment close enough to a store to pick up my groceries on foot, basic utilities and internet, I'll be happy with that; my hobbies don't take a lot of money to upkeep. I don't need to be fancy or flashy in anything and my computer is just about the only thing I pump a decent sum of money into, which I generally don't have to do often so whatever.
The thing is, right now I have to work a full time job to manage this, taking overtime pretty much all the time and I don't really like how much of my free time it eats up.
I know most of the work would have to come from my end and whatever work I did would probably require some education and effort beyond the usual wagecuck job to give me a moderately comfortable lifestyle for less than 40 hours/week. I'm okay with investigating time and effort into this if the payoff is more free time once I'm settled in. What's a good place, in your opinion, for me to start?

>investing*
I don't know how I managed that.
>What's a good place, in your opinion, for me to start?
Try starting at the beginning.
Is this NEET?

Despite this we're apparently experiencing "deflation"

Real estate operates on a cycle. Usually its about a 7-10 year cycle. The housing market fully bottomed out around 2009 so you do the math. Its due for a correction soon.
>rent skyrocketing
See above.
>gas high as fuck despite low oil prices
Not really. Gas prices have been a lot higher. They are fairly reasonable right now comparitively speaking.

How are your cryptos investments doing, rentbros? Did you make $100k in 2 yrs and lower your rent going forward?
I am making this post for guidance /biz/
I need your help.
Okay so here's the deal. I'm in college full time, I am taking 14 units and only go to school on Tuesdays and Thursday's. Every other day I work my retail job making $11/hr.
The stress of not being able to do anything kills me. Money makes me so stressed out. I'm bogged down with stress. How can I get out of this circle of constantly being stressed out because of money? I'm stuck getting $11/hr until I get a degree. And that's gonna take 2 more years! I can't seem...

There's your first mistake.
>I'm stuck getting $11/hr until I get a degree.
Oh man, I have bad news for you.
Drop out of college and go on a leave of absence, use the free time to start a solid hustle that frees up your time and makes more $, then return if you're still retarded. It's what I did, going back was a huge mistake though.
show me the way
>>1331863
I'd recommend not being a bitch
I make $19.5/hr 50-55 hours a week on top of 16 units this summer.
It's truly not that hard
>be me
>work at a big mine
>working when i see someone working dangerously.
>walk over and stop work so that he knows the procedure
>overhead load falls where guy was standing
>get blamed for load falling due to my "distraction"

how much money do i need to make as a 24 year old to not be considered a fucking loser?
my job only pays $38k a year and i feel like i cant get a girlfriend because the guys who get laid alot all have atleast 60k/year jobs.
am i screwed/cucked out of the dating market?
If you can really cut your spending HARD, and I mean HARD, you can make it work. I couldn't say for sure since my field starts out of college at 50k so I have never had to think about it too much (though my family was pretty poor when I was a kid, it has been a long time).
>>1331803
It depends on what you're looking for. I only make 35k per year and my gf and I have sec 2 or 3 times a week.
Just stop comparing yourself to others and be confident. People find that attractive.
>>1331803
Realistically? I've gotten more pussy as an unemployed, worthless, piece of shit than I do now. They would drive me around, pay for my food, give me the succ, and give up that ass for literally nothing. Now that I'm making good money, I'm more selective of ass and to be quite frank, it barely comes around since my focus is elsewhere.
Women like financially stable men, yes. Although, they'd much rather date and fuck a loser that was confident in themselves than someone worrying about whether "muh salary" would keep them around.
Quit my job, just found out they put me on a no-rehire list. Is that ethical?
RAPED?
>>1331789
>Is that ethical?
Rehire to their own companies - sister-companies? Sure.
>>1331794
Hm okay it seemed really unprofessional at least... The reason given was "because you voluntarily left".
EUR/USD is plummeting on brexit news.
Hope for remain? That was quite a dramatic move.

Anyone else hustling on eBay/Amazon? I recently started messing with it a bit more, just wondering who else is flipping stuff. I'm going to hit some garage sales over the next few weeks and source some shit to try to resell. Wish I could find something I could source online but no good leads yet.
I got banned from ebay for asking if the seller could overnight an item. im annoyed
>>1331685
Anybody got any advice as to a good line or products that can be sold on ebay?
Seems like everything is already being sold on there.
i've got no idea how anyone can make money from eBay. Between eBay and PayPal, they take 15% of your revenue in fees. You need margins above that just to eek out a tiny profit. There's so many Chinese sellers on there hawking shit for next to nothing, I can't understand how anyone makes a living doing this.
I have created the JII (Jewish Influence Index). Pretty self explanatory. It measures the amount of influence that people of Jewish heritage have over companies listed on NASDAQ.
A maximum score of 100 means that 100% of the board members of said company have Jewish surnames. A score of 0 means that none of its board members are Jewish. A score of -1 means that no info was found on the companies board members.
Enjoy.

Is there a data-savy anon to create the YPPJ(yearly performance per jew) Indicator? That would be YTD performance x JII
>Jews are bad with money
Is this supposed to be bad for those companies? You'd probably make money investing more in Jewish dominated companies.
Companies that announce big plans for "diversity" and "inclusion" would be great to short, though. You should make an index that monitors news and press releases which shows how often companies mention diversity.
>>1331662
well this blogger agrees with you that diversity announcements are bad for a company's stock price!:
http://gotnews.com/the-end-of-nflx/
"you can tell how badly a company is doing by how much its CEO and board signal progressive causes–and that you can use that information to short a company stock."
i'm really looking forward to that data-savy anon creating the YPPJ(yearly performance per jew) Indicator! super curious.
Daily reminder that someone out there loves you.

What do you think about investing in $TWLO (Twilio)
I can't tell. Would it be smart or dumb af?
>>1331576
Buy the dip.
What the hell does Twilio even do?
"APIs for Text Messaging, VoIP & Voice in the Cloud"
How is that a 2 billion dollar business?
Wait for the dip, then figure out what the fuck twilio is. I fell for Baba, not again.
Hey /biz/,
So up until yesterday, I had two jobs. The second job is much more enjoyable, pays slightly better, and has much better management. The boss of my second job used to work for the boss of my first job. There are a couple people just like myself that work(ed) at both places. This, for obvious reasons, makes things awkward considering the boss of the second job used her connections of the first job to get workers to come work for her.
Last night, due to scheduling difficulties and frustration in general with management, I put in my two weeks notice at the first...

Lol ask your boss.
It's called communication son.
Besides why would boss #2 give a single fuck if you quit your other job?
>>1331600
Boss 2 worked for Boss 1 and were friends. They say that they still are but I think there's a lot of contention. I think Boss 2 wants people to still work for Boss 1 so it doesn't look like she stole workers and so that she doesn't feel bad.
