So after 6 years of fencing sabre I got bored and lacked training. HEMA was too... dishonourable for my liking so found a nice kendo dojo. After few weeks I got a set of bogu to try adjust to bouting with it asap but I can't even seem to follow training g for longer than an hour after the beginner and kat session.
I Ihit the gym every other day to increase actual str rather than pure dexterity atm.
Any suggested regime to add for me to get used to running around around and shouting in this strap of armour?

Hello /asp/! I'm working on an enemy guide for God Hand, a 3D beatem'up videogame. This might seem like a bit much but this game's combat actually boasts a rather deep system, so I'd say the naming is warranted to help reference.
I'd go to /v/ for this, however:
1) /v/ is not very cooperative or knowledgeable period when it comes to action games
2) The main purpose is to name these attacks, as I'm sure many of them though exaggerated are based on actual techniques.

Been doing no-gi BJJ(that counts as sub wrasslin right?) for about two years now. Everytime I face a wrestler I always get mauled. I managed to sneak in a submission here and there, but I never won any positioning.
Granted they've probably been wrestling their whole life while I started in my late 20s.
What are some basic wrestling drills/conditioning that I can do? Or actually what kind of drills do you wrestle do day in and day out?
