Hey /asp/
So I was on a wrestling match last Saturday and it was a blast! however, I end up landing right on my head. I manage to get my arm to protect the fall and I don't remember any pain afterwards. I ran monday and lifted weights/went for a swim Tuesday and now my neck hurts really bad. The same goes for my entire back. My neck did feel sore sunday but I just thought that was normal. I'm going to see a doctor this Friday, but just wanted to ask your opinion about what it could be and what I should do.

From a storytelling perspective (what pro-wrestling is all about), this match is brilliant
The in-ring action was also great the first time but with Reigns having increased his power level over the last year it will add some diversity to the match and avoid a complete repeat of last year

Reigns is in a program with the Authority and unresolved issues with Triple H, Bork attacking him is just Bork being Bork.
Also it was already done last year which would be too boring and would imply that Brock will be pinned clean after being booked as a monster after beating Taker.

that's what the storyline hinges on, it differs from Rock/Cena 2 because Reigns spent the entire year getting more powerful, rising closer to Brocks level

I used to do MMA, a self defense system made by a teacher of mine that mixed ju-jitsu, boxing, aikido, taek-wondo, karate, judo, and other shits. He would also teach me how to take care of someone trying to slash you with a knife and people trying to charge you with batons or people aiming at you with handguns. Shit was rad and i learnt a lot. However, i decided to stop, and i am here to take advise on that.

He may have taught you how to do it, but to determine whether or not you can do it, you have to actually do it, in sparring, or in self defense.
It's possible to do really difficult shit, be making a hoop from across the whole court, those things football players do in those self promotional commercial things, being an undisputed Kickboxing champion or MMA champion, hitting someone with a flashy Taekwondo Kick, or pulling off some aikido technique.
But it takes skill, which takes practice, all kinds of practice.

We usually fight the other quite often, Ive practiced for 2 years, and our teacher used to force us to do the same move over and over and over again. Usually 20 of all kicks per leg, had to do it timed with him (he was late 40's but he was fucking quick, strong, and still good lookng) or he would punish us.
