This stuff is legit yo. I haven't gotten down the reverse punch but I've learned how to put just a little bit of that whip motion on a punch and connect at the right angle and now even a playful tap hurts my friends pretty good.
This type of punch really seems to go into you in a weird way. It's not intended to move you, it's just really fuckin hurts. At least that's what my friends say.
