So a fucker that looked just like this crawled under my closed.
I'm not afraid of spiders but if I guessed the species it's a spider that tends to hide inside shoes etc and has a painful bite, so I'm not in the mood.
Is there a peaceful way to get it to get the fuck out or do I have to search and destroy?

This. They literally don't give a crap about who you are or what you do and will rarely even attempt to bite you for whatever reason. All they want is your pesky flies and I happen to find them quite useful for that.
