I tried to sleep outside as it is pretty warm outside but I was pretty soon interrupted by this freaky-looking worm that bit/stung my arm. I was wondering if anyone here knew what kind of worm it is? I killed it ofc but I'd still like to know.

OP, where did it bite you? Do you feel dizzy or have a headache?
The picture makes it look a bit like a cutworm, but you generally don't see them too ofteb unless you're turning over soil or sod.
About how long and wide was it? What was the landscape like where you tried to sleep?
