Not sure if this is the correct place for this, but I keep seeing this worm-like thing in my upstairs toilet. Not sure where it's coming from, but it's a bit concerning incase these are coming from someone's body.

Looks like a drain fly larva. Do you sometimes find little moths like this in your bathroom too?

There has been some moths around, but none that look like that. Very interesting though. I live in the NE US if that helps.
