hello /an/, wasn't sure where to ask this so I will try here - it seems like it's a really niche topic.

So I have these sweet potatoes in my garden bed, and they started flowering and apparently that is quite rare. (pic related).

I was wondering if any of you knew how to collect the seeds and propagate a potentially new species of sweet potato? It's been really hard finding anything from google searches.
