I can't tell my bird's gender anymore, a few months ago her cere was pink now it's blue. Anyone here can tell me the gender? I think she is a he but I need someone else's opinion.

pink is what all budgies are until they get older.
males will turn blue/pink
females will get crusty brown
This is a male you can tell by the blue colour above the beak

Sometimes even female budgies will get a blue cere, though it's a much lighter blue and not as plump and smooth as the male's.
